I ordered a 2pc original combo. They no longer have the hot wings( big bummer). The food seems fresh but the chicken was not cooked thor·ough·ly enough. I was the only one in drive thru. They have no leg piece kids meals either! The woman at the window was RUDE AND NOT FRIENDLY, receipt says Debra but who knows. Worst place to get chicken in town. Attendants are rude and not attuned to serve the customers. The place feels like it has no management directing the employes. They never have your chicken ready and if they do, they send you how with the wrong order, they shortchange you in the chicken, the biscuits or the sides, incredibly accurate in messing your order. We have been enduring this type of service for months but will never patronize this location again. A real shame and an example of bad management since the reviews of this store are overwhelmingly negative. read more

So this place when I first started going was great. Never gad a problem, until today. Si I gad ywi separate orders. I know there us a survey with every purchase. On my first order the Manger (i found out later she was the manager) Lucy tore off the bottom part of the survey. I told her can I gave my receipt with the survey and she said oh yes you will get it at the end. I do not understand why. So I order d d KY next order and she didn't tear off the survey be abuse I guess I had already told her i do them so I can get the free chicken sandwich. She gets my oder and brings it to me and I tell her can I have that survey you tore off. She said we are limiting them to one per person (as she is crumbling it in her hand). I told her no you're not I gave done it before and it has never been that way or the rules do not say one per person, per day. She said she could write o. The back and give me one free on my next purchase. It somewhat made up for it but that still doesn't make it right that you did not give me a survey on my experience. So I said well can I talk to your Manger, she said I am the manager. I said well I need your district office nunver and persons name. She said I can get your info and pass it along UT i van not go e out her information. Makes no sense to me as to why. I told her you probably won't do that. She said no I will. I asked for the name of the district Manger and she said Patricia. I seriously doubt I will ever hear from her. But I will not be back. Me and my sister decided to come here to get a quick bite to eat. Parking was good and was right in the corner for easy access. Once we arrived the business was very dirty. Even all the tables and windows looked horrible. Once we walked up to the cashier she looked like she had a horrible attitude. Never greeted us and looked like she hated her job. I understand if you don't like your job but negativity does bring others (especially customers) down as well. After we got our drinks we walked to the machines and noticed various drinks were out and they didn't have any lids for medium cups. We decided to just drink our drinks without a top. Once we received our food a couple of our wrappers that covered the sandwich's has sauces all over them and got all over me and my sisters hands. We were a little agitated how sloppy they made them. While we were eating another customer got up to speak with an employee as later walked back and said "The customer service here is horrible!" Which I definitely understood. The only plus was that the food did taste good, I'll give them that. But how poor the service and the cleanliness was I will definitely not be coming here again. read more

My wife needed comfort food after feeling I'll and a bad work from home kinda day She wants KFC. I got there. Little after 7 ordered original recipe her sides. Got to the window " can you wait 10 minutes for fresh cooked chicken". Sure knowing 10 minutes would be 15 +. No one ahead in the take away line so 45 minutes later and 3 cars that arrived after me served first. I was given old burnt chicken that I passed on earlier. I went through the drive-through. There was no one behind me, but they wanted me to pull my car off to the side so they could bring my order out.. I know it's to stop the customer service clock. I never raised my voice at all. I just told him I did not want to move. I eventually did move in after it took a while. I went back through the drive-through, which still did not have a car there and asked for my money back. I asked for the managers name, and I asked for the name of the girl that was helping me, and she refused to give me any names. read more

An employee(older lady) on duty tonight was yelling at an employee that she was leaving and not gonna work if he wasnt gonna work.. totally unprofessional and not good for customers. Saratoga location is the worst place. There is a 30 minute wait in crispy chicken. Ok hey never make enough and run out through out the day. But there is always a wait. Craving KFC and was near this one so decided to try it again. The food was really tasty and the service fast but the portions were tiny. This is not the place to go for budget meals. Look at the pics I uploaded. It's hard to tell size. That's why I used the honey packet and my hand to show scale. The potato wedge serving was ridiculously small. The box was 2 1/2 inches wide! Look at the piece of chicken in my hand. For $7.59? I can do without the 11 herbs and spices at that price. When I checked the order I guess my feelings showed. The lady asked me what was wrong, so I asked her if she saw the size of this meal. She said yes, she knows, and that she was sorry. They let me know that there wasn't any macaroni and cheese after I already paid for it, and instead of a refund they replaced it with corn. I don't even eat corn so I paid for something I threw away. Food was good and hot but the place is so disgusting. I couldn't even put my child in the high chair they have there. I wiped it and the wipe was so dirty, I didn't even bother. I just put my child on my lap. Tables and floor were so dirty, as if no one has cleaned in months. My husband also went to the restroom, he was so disgusted. Every time I come here I ask for extra ranch dressing on my chicken strip burrito and every time there is not enough ranch dressing on my chicken strip burrito. I think the managers in Corpus Christi have told all of the workers not to bother putting much ranch dressing on the chicken strip burritos; not put neither condiments, dressing nor vegetables on pita bread sandwiches; put only stem pieces of tomatoes on tacos and neither put butter nor honey on biscuits because business is so bad in Corpus Christi that these fast food restaurants are going out of business soon anyway. I also tried a bite of my friend's parfay or whatever when we were both having two buffets and someone came up and said two people can't share the same buffet! The advertisement on the window says that crispy is really called extra tasty crispy and I asked for extra tasty crispy here and the woman said crispy?
