Always lots of parking and there is drive thru available. Indoor seating is kept clean. Think it must be company image to keep somewhat minimal decor so easier upkeep. My mom encouraged me to not give them any stars at all, but I'll be nice and throw them a bone. All we want you to know about this location is that the management here was very rude when we complained about not receiving the correct order that we placed. Maybe, the manager ( Dave) needs some lessons on how to treat his customers and an attitude adjustment! I loved this KFC, the employees are quick & kind. The food is ready within seconds or minutes, the place seems to be clean. I've been ordering at this KFC every time I craved for fried chicken. But I ordered the chicken sandwich last night, the sauce was all over the wrapping paper, I should have suspected something off. The whole night, up to now, I have been vomiting accompanied with diarrhea & a fever. I have released all contents in my stomach which was full of KFC food & am still currently trying to recover. The crew here is very efficient and consistent. I order often here and one thing I noticed is almost as if they never change their oil. The chicken always comes out tainted and the aftertaste is always bitter. Maybe it's my fault ordering in the evening, but it makes you wonder if there's not enough fryers in the kitchen to rotate. read more

The manager is very rude and disgusting. Once we close he throws out all the food and one time we got a customer when he had already thrown out all the biscuits and the meal the customer ordered came with a biscuit. Man I came to the drive thru after swimming, eyes all red and burnt out. It's an obvious impression that I looked high, and me ordering a bucket of chicken at 10pm seems to give more evidence to this. I hate this kfc btw, they don't abide by the sauce Of the chicken. As I pay, a lady sticks her head outta the window and asked me if wanted wings only in the bucket. Wtf? Really? So I just tell her I wanted 12 pieces of chicken; giving her the better of the doubt, that she just wanted to add hot wings or something. She repeats herself again about the wings only, so i tell her no really loud. She's says "ok" with an attitude, like I shouldn't be offended by getting only wings in my bucket. The chicken was dark brown, bit on the burnt side, but it was crisp. Which is what I want. As I was eatin my chicken, the chlorine starts tearing me up painfully. with hot sauce and chicken grease on my fingers I can't easily goto the sink blind. I mean i was crying like i had eveything precious of mine taken away. With a red nose and snot coming down, i was definitely in physical pain. Against all common sense, I decided to just bear the pain and eat my chicken... I wish I had recorded this, seeing a grown man crying next to a bucket of chicken and eating, it would have been a sight to see. Edit You see the Asian guy in a black cook outfit, you get it right. Best customer service I've had in a fast food restaurant. I've seen these one star reviews after going here, maybe there's new management now because my visit here was delightful. We were immediately greeted by Mike, he stood and waited until we were ready. His customer service was very welcoming and polite, it honestly felt like I was at a high end restaurant lol sounds odd, but his lingo fit well. In the time of covid, where the drive through is the only option besides delivery, the associate manning the drive through today prompted me to write this review. I'm so pissed. Ordered a 20$ bucket fill-up with half grilled chicken and half crispy chicken. I received all crispy. I also ordered 4 jalapeños which never made it into the bag. Horrible people. My wife and I went to buy 16pcs chicken via the drive through last Sunday. We even decided to just get the meal instead of just the chicken. At home, we realized they only gave us 12pcs halfway through the meal. My wife called and spoke with a server named EVANGELINE. She said if we bring the chicken bucket back UNTOUCHED, then they will replace it. I wonder if this moron uses some sort of xray glasses that she expects us to count the chicken without actually opening and taking the chicken out and just looking at the bucket. I swear common sense is something she seemed to have outgrown and left at childhood. So she passed us to her Assistant Manager RACHEL who is also equally stupid and who seemed to have left her manners at home. With so much attitude, she said she personally counted the chicken herself. I guess KFC promote people who can't count. Maybe she needs to go ask her grade school teacher that 12 is different from 16. And to cap it off, someone, more than likely that moron EVANGELINE, spoke in the background that we ate all the chicken and we are just looking to get extra 4 piece of chicken. What kind of employees do this restaurant employ? No common sense and no people skills at all. Maybe the manager Deon should rethink his hiring process and hire people who can count and have a little common sense. Oh well, at least at Popeyes, they know proper customer service.
