Seriously I roll my eyes at people who write reviews for fast food restaurants. I was driving home from the beach and Jon B. told me the KFC chicken sandwich was good, so I decided to try it. When I walked in the cashier was about to take a break she was already in the dining room, I told her I was not in a hurry and she could take her break. She said that was okay. She waited for me to use the restroom, took my order, went in the back and made my sandwich!!!!! She made my sandwich with care too! She put plenty of the spicy sauce on it, the chicken breast was so hot, I couldn't even eat it yet! If you come here at night they won't let you have chicken if they don't have it cooked. They clean up super early then want to feed you whatever scraps they got left over... they will tell you what you can order. You can't order what you want. I'm guessing their manager must not be there at night. Service at night sucks. I'd recommend going in the day time or evening before 8 pm. These little young kids don't care if they serve you or not. Pros: Good customer service. They don't have nasty attitudes to where you feel like crap after leaving there. The chicken is delicious! Cons: Prepare more grilled chicken!!! It's the best kind!! Quite a few times they've charged me before telling me there's no grilled chicken. Also, the drive thru is a bit dangerous as you can't see oncoming traffic. First time customer at this location. Drive thru - no one in front of or behind me. 10:52 a.m. I asked if they were serving lunch after being greeted. After a long pause - yes. I ordered the number 12 combo, the classic crispy chicken sandwich. Attendant mumbled if I wanted "ketchup and mayo" on the sandwich. I indicated mayo. She asked what kind of drink I wanted. I told her Diet Coke and upsize to a large. She replied that they only had Diet Pepsi, but they were out. I asked if they had any other diet soda. Nope. Okay, forget the drink. "Do you want fries for your side?". Yes. "Well, you will have to wait - is that okay?". Yes. I pulled around to pay. After paying, she closed the window and started freaking out about a bug near the customer window. She used napkins to kill same, then took a paper bag (hopefully not mine) and started beating the offending creature for about 30 seconds. I almost pulled off. I was asked to pull around for no apparent reason. I received my order a couple of minutes later. No napkins, no ketchup and the fries and chicken tasted like it was fried in yesterday's oil. Went through the drive through around 9:00 pm for the second time and each time they did not have original chicken. They forgot to give us our cookies.
