So when you fry chicken, especially boneless cuts like tenders. You need to MARINATE the chicken, not let it sit in plain water. This chicken is for caucasians that hate flavor, the chicken meat itself was never marinated or spiced before being coated. It was wet but the taste was of water. Not from chicken juices and seasonings. The breading was salt and pepper and possibly garlic. It was all so bland that it didn't taste like anything. The chicken had 0 flavor and the breading was almost the same. The waffles were soggy from the incredibly watery maple syrup. I made the mistake of getting Nashville hot and the coating overpowered everything else on the plate, I couldn't taste anything else outside of that. The chicken being incredibly bland doesn't help. We also got the pretzel sticks, which were fried hard. They were covered in oil, they weren't bad but I'd pass on them a next time. The cheese sauce had a good taste but it was very watered down. Notice everything being watery is a theme. The milkshake was ok, it wasn't worth the price. It tasted more like a weak malt flavor instead of chocolate. All in all this is some of the worst chicken I've had in awhile. When you make KFC look good you have issues. We probably won't be back, not when Caines, Dave's, Bojangles, slim chickens exist. The resurant was generic looking, it's going for that edgy bar look. It was clean but unoriginal. Service was fine. No picture, I threw half of mine away and tossed the milkshake in the trash and went to Panera for a Mango smoothie.

Once again, the associates tried to give an answer, but lack of training in regard to rewards, app, and kiosk shows. Usually competitors with Kiosks have a code or method to type in rewards phone number at the beginning of the checkout experience. However, upon discovery the customer places the order with customizations, types in their first name to be called when order is ready, pays via kiosk, and then a prompt appears asking the customer to type in an Email for receipt that may be connected to your KFC account. If associates and managers were trained more effectively on this process with the kiosk, I guarantee ratings for their store all around would be higher. I was super stoked to get my Famous Bowl, oh how I love KFC mashed potatoes with gravy & the Famous Bowl. The chicken pieces were dried out and over cooked.
