I ordered my food for pick up. They had two bags. When asked they said that was everything. When I got to my truck I saw that the cake I ordered wasn't there and neither were several sides. So...brought both bags in and asked them to check and see what all was missing. She looked in bag with tenders and said 'there's the sides'. So I said yep..and where's the sides for the chicken and the cake? So she knotted both bags, told me to bring them to my vehicle and she'd have the rest ready when I get back. No. She NEVER checked to ensure all sides for the tenders were there. I got home and pulled it all out. I got 2 Mac & cheese instead of 1 (son likes it, I don't which is why I only ordered 1). I got NO corn. I ordered 2...my son and I both like corn. The sauces were screwed up too. One of the mashed potatoes was half full. No, not how it normally comes since the other one was full. Put chicken in another container since their container gets soggy with grease. Skin was all falling off. Be sure the oil is hot enough before you put the chicken down. This experience reminded me of why I stuck with Church's Chicken when I lived in Indy. This order was a +$115 hot mess. read more

I have never used Yelp, but I signed up today specifically to write a review of my experience there yesterday . If I could've given this particular location zero stars I would have. And trust me, I am not in the least bit snobby about food joints... We were on our way home from my family camping trip with me, my husband, my 17-year-old son, my 3-year-old son, and my 11 month old daughter... We showed up around 1:30 I think and we ordered the buffet. There were about 6 empty bins , and the carrots, corn, mashed potatoes and gravy that we did get were lukewarm at best ... The chicken that was in the tray didn't even have coating on it for the most part (you know when you try and make fried chicken at home and it doesn't turn out right and the coating goes away and all you see is bone with a little itty-bitty bitty bit of chicken ball at the top on the leg? That was this.... but all the chicken was not coated, and pretty much exposed... I don't know about you, but I go there for the Secret Spices) We stayed for the better part of an hour, so that way when the extra crispy chicken came out we could hurry up and grab some because like the other five tables in there, They wanted Kentucky fried chicken Quality. (1 chicken at a time, I understand the cooking process takes time... But at a normal lunch rush time, you would think you could expect to be able to go to the buffet and eat and go, hence buffet) After we did that for about an hour, they finally refilled some of the pans and we were able to experience the biscuits, the fried okra (my personal favorite... I about cried when I didn't think they had it on this particular buffet)and hot mashed potatoes with gravy. So until a few hours ago, the grownups that ate more than 1/2 of a piece of chicken have been pooping, and throwing up... I know for a fact that Kentucky fried chicken is amazing, and so are their buffets... however, to have to sit there for that long to wait for chicken because there was no quality chicken prepared and then have to deal with over 24 hours of nausea and etc, it was definitely not worth the "convenience "in my opinion.... there is other fast food there, and there was an awesome vegetable stand in the parking lot... When we got up to the window we ask if they would like the rest of our order. We placed the remainder of our order.We live about an hour from that location.
