Then, the era of "healthy foods" was promoted heavily in the early Nineties, so the "Colonel" shortened the brand to KFC, hoping to still keep their customer base. Unfortunately, poor management led to a huge decline in quality food and customer service while prices kept rising. I had boycotted KFC in my old town in Maryland because of this. In Marion, the brand of KFC has maintained their decline. The food taste is terrible, crappy customer service that results in the wrong orders and it's even more expensive. Highly recommended to NOT eat at this place. Sad to say, but Colonel Sanders is rolling in his grave. My boycott will definitely continue here in town.
