Finally, I decided to go for the limited time (until about 8/3/25) special of free 8-piece tenders or original chicken with $15 minimum online order. Service was great here as usual. My score is based on the food. I did not care for the cost, but I ordered over $6 chicken pot pie, which had a crispy, fluffy top crust. Nearly finishing the pie, it was getting to be a little dry so I added some gravy, which I ordered as my sauce for the ($22.99) crispy tenders. Those meat did not wow me like extra crispy fried chicken would, if part of the special. Also, I tried a $1.99 syrup and waffle, which was the size of my palm and toasty - good but not great. This was a great experience. Clean restroom. Fast service. Great value for fast food in Noblesville. We were tired and starving. Three of us split the $20 fill up box. They hooked us up with butter, honey and strawberry jam for the biscuits. We tried the new Sweet Lightning Mountain Dew, surprising peach like flavor. Every time I come here for chicken, they're out and have to wait for them to make more. How can you be out of chicken? It's in the name! Today was the last straw. I tried their app, went to the drive thru and was told they were out of chicken tenders (on sale on their app) I asked for a refund, and was told I'd have to contact the website for a refund. So I said I'd wait. They apparently have some personnel problems because we walked in to a person (presumably the manager) yelling at the girl behind the counter. I don't know what the issue was and I don't care. While my dad was in Riverview for a short stay, I visited this location a few times to get him some chicken legs, to get some chicken fingers for me, and to get a chicken sandwich. Honestly, the food here is pretty great. The speed at the drive-thru, not so much. It's a pretty slow pace, as drive-thrus go, and when I looked in through the window, I had a feeling like I wasn't sure how clean it was inside. We pulled into the drive-in order lane, only to see the woman behind the glass was NOT wearing any protective gloves. That was appalling. Our order was certainly not confusing; 3 piece dark meal w/potatoes and gravy and. 4-piece tenders meal with no drinks. The lady said they were out of potato wedges and wanted to know if FF's was okay and I said yes. When we drove the 4 miles to our house we found two tenders meals, French fries that were so tough, they were almost inedible. One meal had coleslaw, the other had Mac-n-cheese. We had no honey for the biscuits. This place is appalling and the doors should be shuttered. They are putting people at risk by not following safety protocols, God only knows what's going on in the kitchen area. I won't be Well today we thought we'd give KFC another chance and I wished I'd have stayed home. When I tried to call to let them know, the phone rang several times, then I was disconnected. I live too far away to drive back there. Whatever manager was working Friday February 24th, at 11:30 a.m. should be fired immediately. The second I walked in the door she began screaming, not yelling, at the top of her lungs when one of her employees was preparing take out orders. I literally have not been to KFC since the 80s. I was craving a chicken sandwich after work and it was right by my office. I figured who would have the best chicken, probably them. I order the breaded buffalo chicken. It was the size of a slider for five dollars. The chicken was cold, they didn't have any lettuce tomato or onion to add to it, and it tasted like shit. Frozen chicken is better. I will probably never go back for the rest of my life, LOL. I threw it out and I'm heading to Wendy's. Classic KFC taste and the service was excellent. This is the third time we have visited in about a year (we try to eat at home a lot.) Today, we had a "hankering" for classic KFC extra crispy. They didn't disappoint. All the classic flavors and happiness I remember as a kid. Tonight we went through the drive thru and the bucket nearly didn't make it home (you know that awesome KFC smell-YUM!) Despite the other reviews, we had a great experience and the food is good. The popcorn chicken nuggets are ADDICTIVE, especially if you like the extra crispy chicken. While they are small (like popcorn shrimp, not really a nugget size) the taste of the chicken is present, unlike you get at McDonald's. Overall, great. Two thumbs up! read more

This is the WORST KFC I've ever visited. I placed an order on door dash and waited an hour and a half and still zero updates, so I decided to drive to the store. They informed me "they turned their door dash app off." okay I thought so I asked them to give me my order as I've payed for it since the money is not in my bank account and shows a pending KFC purchase... The cashier was nice and explained how they were out of mashed potatoes (or I should say instant fluff) but that isn't what upset me. While I normally frequent find dining and trendy places. Today I had a craving for just some really good chicken nuggests and thought hey, I should go try those KFC chicken bites. Let me know say that even Mcdonald's are better. Thre breading was super thin and just tasted very odd. I think it was the same recipie that they put on their regular fried chicken but they forgot one thing, nuggets usually don't have skin and therefore the chemistry of the breading trying to stick to the chicken has changed. Overall, just quite disappointed with this product and dipping them in gravy???? Eh, not so much. On 4/21/17 at 5/25 pm my family and I pickup up a family bucket of chicken, 1/2 reg and 1/extra crispy. Got home at 5:35 opened it up and breading was falling off, very soggy, nothing like it should be. I called the unit at 5:45 and asked to speak to the manager. A lady came to the phone and said hello. I asked if she was the manager, she answered "one of em" whats up? I told her the problem, her reply was " I just got here but we haven't had that problem before" in other words I was full of it sounded like. So I asked her if she is saying Im full of it? Her reply was "I don't like the tone of your voice" I the asked for her Gen. Mgrs name, her reply was "I don't think it has to come to that". I said I do not believe she cares about my problem. After some hesitation she gave me the phone number of an "Ellen". I called that number, got voice mail of course and left a message at 5:56pm. Like any place, this KFC does occasionally make mistakes. But the staff is the nicest staff of any KFC you're going to find in Indiana. It's run by people. Accidents happen. But I will vouch for their improvement and care for their customers. Their die-hard need to "make it right" is very noteworthy. I also happen to know this KFC donates unused chicken and provides free meals for the homeless. People are so quick to comment when things go wrong, but never when things go right. If people wrote a yelp every time they had a good experience, I'm sure ratings on all would be a lot better. I know many times people have to wait for their chicken, and I understand the frustration, but this isn't like McDonald's. They can't cook chicken in five minutes. It takes time, as as much as they try to avoid making people wait, sometimes too much chicken is sold too quickly and there's not much to do. Who wants old chicken because a manager called for way too much earlier on? Nobody. And calling ahead is always a good idea for this place, they love to cook it fresh for you! As you may have guessed by now, I work at KFC, and I can assure all of you that we care deeply about our customers and the quality of our food, even if things slip once in a while. read more
