I pulled up to window about 8:40pm and the girl on the intercom asked me to wait I said okay. she comes back on the intercom a whole 5 minutes later with the most disgusting attitude, I did not even want to order anymore I'd rather drive all the way to red springs kfc than to let her take my order. I work in customer service so I know that people have bad days but certain people should not be in drive thru if they aren't in the mood to serve customers. It was giving ghetto and unprofissionable behavior which caused them to lose my service. read more

While the service was quick, the chicken was meh. The chicken sandwich was assembled properly but had almost no flavor to it. No heat, no zing, no "Nashville Hot" at all. The chicken bites, on the other hand, were drenched in sauce to the point that the batter had sloughed off of some of them. I was unimpressed. Refuse to cook more chicken while family was trying make order. Manger was extremely rude. After being told that they wouldn't cook any more chicken was told wouldn't be giving out any type of compensation for their lack of preparation for Saturday dinner services. Place was filled with customers being told they were going to be forced to wait or they could leave. read more

Experience at the Raeford, NC was horrible at the drive thru. I was told to pull up and someone would bring my food out "that never happened". I waited almost 30 minutes in my car, to say the least.. ended up going in side to request the food I purchased. The Raeford location definitely needs a Manager or some kind of oversite, if a customer has to wait that long for an order of "fries". Ticket # 1538. read more

If I could give this KFC (0- or no stars) I would. They messed up a $50 order I bought for a family party. Once I got home I called them and they said they would compensate it for the next time. They took down my phone number and what I ordered, two weeks later I came back to get my order they were supposed to compensate and they said someone else came in and used it. So I'm left with a gross order of chicken and they didn't keep their word. Very disappointing customer service. Will NEVER go back. Warning all my friends as well. read more

Very poor/bad customer service. Standing in line waiting while the cashier takes her time talking to a customer she already helped. Seeing us by the register she still keeps talking with her customer about side jobs. We walked out and went to Mcdonald besides KFC. We got full service. read more

Once we placed our order, we were given a number for our order. Getting out of your car and checking often to see if your number has been called is the only way you will know. This establishment does not have a display system like the one that have at other business where the current number is displayed. We ended up waiting 35 minutes for our order of frozen whiting that was over fried and hard, salty mac and cheese, received macaroni salad when I ordered coleslaw, bad attitudes and bad customer service from the employees. Needless to say my family and I won't be going back. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!
