I have not eaten at the KFC in Roswell for many years. With their introduction of the new chicken sandwich, which competes against Chick-fil- A, Popeyes, Zaxby's and now McDonald's, I decided to stop in and try it. I went through drive-thru. The cashier was friendly and welcoming. When I told her I only wanted to try the chicken sandwich but also wanted a cup of ice water, she graciously provided the ice water at no charge. This is unlike the local Burger King, which has now started charging customers $0.95 for a mere cup of ice water. The speed of service at drive-thru was fairly fast. If you like the taste of the KFC breading, then you'll probably like this sandwich. It reminded me a lot of Popeye's version, because both sandwiches come on a toasted bun with mayo and pickles. Being that I prefer the taste of Popeye's breading, I would prefer the Popeye's sandwich. In comparison to Chick-fil-A, the KFC sandwich is good but not quite great. KFC offers a decent size piece of breaded chicken, but I still prefer the original at CFA. Will I return anytime soon? No, probably not. I grew up on KFC, but now I prefer the taste of Popeye's chicken. If I'm looking for a chicken sandwich, I'll always think of CFA first. read more

The past 3 times I went to this location, they didnt have any wings. Today they did, but not only was my order totally incorrect my food was old. I wished I tasted before taking the survey. Then when trying to call the location the let them know, no one answered. My coleslaw was extremely dry, the biscuit was burnt and the chicken was extremely old. I got the correct order that was on my receipt but that is not what I ordered AT ALL after having a whole conversation about what I wanted in the drive thru. I didn't bother to address the high ticket because the cashier Habiel was extremely nonchalant and seemed rather irritated to be at work. I'm so disgusted with this place. It just keeps being a disappointment. My gums are cut up because of this old chicken. My frequency has dwindled to once every few months because of my experiences at this location. This KFC is unlike most locations and has an all-you-can-eat buffet. Its $5.99 not including drink, which is a steal if you can eat more than a couple pieces of chicken. They do a good job of keeping it stocked, so its always been reasonably fresh when I''ve come to eat. I think KFC's cole slaw is really manna from heaven and often attempt to eat a gallon or more of it, much to the distress of my gastrointestinal system. read more

This was my first time at this location and the staff made my experience outstanding! The cashier along with the worker cleaning the buffet were so courteous and warm felt caring. It did not feel like your typical fast food joint. The cashier gave me recommendations on tasty items and even on how to save money by informing me of doing 2 for $6. The lady cleaning the buffet overheard me talking about the peach cobbler and gave me a sample of it since she was taking down the buffet for cleaning. Way to go above and beyond! read more

Manager got on phone and asked me, "Why do you want to know this?". I was shocked as this is a reasonable question given we can't go in to see the posting at most places now due to COVID.
