I have had a few times when I get home and all my items are not there but that happens in a few different restaurants. This particular time I returned to get the two brownies I paid for on the last trip, but did not get. I placed my order which was sent in wrong but the employee at the payment kiosk called in to correct it from spicy to not spicy chicken. She even had to explain to whomever "the same sandwich, just not spicy". Well, by the time I got to the window, the matter was still getting sorted out. So I sat there for about 4 minutes watching a lot of horsing around. One girl fixing her braid and applying lip gloss, two girls dressing one of the young men with a salty vest to go out to drive thru, another girl completely combing her fingers through another girl's hair to put it up in a clip. YOUR IN A KITCHEN FOR GOD SAKES. Finally they sent me to park because they were still sorting out my sandwich issue. WHERE IS THE MANAGER. These girls need to be trained better. There were a total of 5 employees in that area and just one focused on the job. I will be taking a break from them for a long while until they can get it together. At Jack in the box only one person is at the window and they get it all done without sending me parking.

First nugget I bit into had a very stale texture, the temperature of the food was off and mind you I live down the street from this location and went straight home to eat after drive thru order. Old stale nuggets is what I received. I called the restaurant and was told to come back to get a refund. I went back and explain to the cashier and a front of house lead who was very rude over the phone and in person. I won't be coming back here and i'll let other people I know not to come back. If I could give 0 stars I would. Very disappointed.

As promised, when we arrived, all of our boxed sandwiches were ready for us. The boxes were all labeled so we wouldn't have to unbox and open the sandwiches to figure what they were. All of the boxed sandwiches were bagged in categories too. For example, Hook & Ladder were all in the same bag, Roast beef were in a different bag. It's the fries and the frosties that keep this place open around the country. It's not their service. It's not their decor. It's not their speed and efficiency. My local Wendy's has two registers! Really. Talk about design flaw. You are not even giving your employees and customers a chance to get it right. When I came last, the line was almost out the door and there was only one register open. Too bad. I take off a star for that. I take off another star for having to re-order my fries because they left salt on there the first time. 3 stars out of 5 is not good or bad. It's mediocre and accurate. Don't get me wrong. It's a decent spot. There's a reason there is a line. Wait in line, get a Frosty, and order some fries (with no salt) and add your own.

I had to drink a lot just to be able to eat the cheeseburger and it was so paper thin so I think it was overcooked. I'm not wanting to normally complain about restaurants and I didn't take it back up to get another one, but we will won't visit there again and if this continues with other Wendy's, then we know the quality of the food has definitely gone downhill.
