The Spring Rolls and Chicken and vegetable stir fry were our two favourite dishes. The papaya salad was super fresh and SPICY AF (which we asked for)! We did find it to be more of an Asian inspired menu rather than a Thai spot as there were limited options / flavours (specifically looking for Thai dishes like Pad Se Ew, Sweet and Sour Stir Fry, Massaman curry, etc. ) We will most definitely hit up this spot again the next time we are in their neck of the woods to try out more of the menu. They all just seem to enjoy their jobs and really give wonderful customer service. They are super courteous, and friendly. (But not creepy friendly... if you know what I mean!) They are smiling and helpful and quick to get your food for you. The restaurant is always neat and tidy. Lots of seating to eat in and the drive through is quick if you decide to go that way. All in all, I really enjoy going to this restaurant when I have the urge for a burger. I know I will be served quickly and efficiently. And I know there will be a smile behind the counter also! While we also haven't been thrilled with the food quality, this review is primarily due to how the staff will treat their customers. Our regular order is medium chicken wings. When they arrived today, they were so spicy no one could eat them. Since we have ordered this numerous times in the past, we are well aware of how the medium spice tastes and know our tolerance for it. This was not medium! I called the restaurant to ask for a correction. What ensued was a verbal altercation where the manager forcefully told me repeatedly that I was wrong and they made the order correct. When I tried to speak and explain, he would rudely interrupt me and shout over me. When I asked to have a constructive conversation, he continued to repeat - loudly I might add - "the kitchen confirmed! It's medium! It's medium!" I asked him if he was calling me a liar. To which he scoffed and accused me of being difficult. He then irritatingly stated he would send new wings to my house and take the old ones back. Ha! More than half of them had already been thrown in the garbage because several people took a bite and had to throw it away. He refused to send new ones unless he could collect the first batch back. Claiming "I don't want to lose business over sauce." Don't worry Pizza Hut Spruce Grove, you won't lose business over sauce. You LOST business for how you treat people when you make mistakes!
