This place really is the worst. Even if you are ordering something that doesn't take long to make, it inevitably takes long to make what the person in front of you ordered. The interior of this place is pathetic. What a horrible design. And for kickers, THEY DISCONTINUED THE TWISTER WRAP! The only thing I ever order at KFC. I was like "No more Twister?" and they said "Yeah, we have the Doublicious instead." Well, let me tell you something. I tried the Doublicious sandwich and it sucked. I'm not a type of person that complains, but this location is horrible. Too bad I have to rated 1 star, because you can't rated zero star. First there is no lights outside showing that the place is open. Second: The hot wings wasn't even cooked all the way, it was still raw, people can get sick and this is not the first time someone said the wings are raw. WOW!!!!!! What a shit hole. I am on the road alot and like KFC. This place was soooooooooooooo dirty. Non english speaking help couldnt understand chicken bites. I bet if I said let me see your green card the whole store would have emptied out. The bathroom was so small and smelt like urine. I thought I was on a small boat on the high seas the toliet rocked so much. The owner of this KFC should lose this store. I went here with my girlfriend a few months ago, and we left after walking in. It was filthy and disgusting like a few other reviewers have said. I have never been so turned off by the lack of cleanliness of a place. I have gotten a 8 pc meal and even paid extra 70 cents to get potato wedges and the potato wedges were hard as a rock! biscuts were very stiff, it seems like its been sitting there for hourse. Chicken wasnt in good condition too. and also got a cole slaw thats has been expired 1 day ago. I thought I was suposed to get a fresh cole slaw. Called coperate many times maybe atleast 20 times. Over 1/2 hour wait for chicken?!? I was only here to pick up dinner on a request from someone else...otherwise I would have left. There was a line out the door...I figured, it's fast food, the line shouldn't take too long! When I could finally see the beginning of the line, I see ONE cashier...and apparently, he's busy wandering around fulfilling orders too. I see a bunch of employees in the back, one of which appears to be the manager b/c he's busy running between the office and the safe and the register, with a wad of cash in his hand. I finally get to the front and place my order...he's keying it it like it's the most complicated intricate order in the world. He informs me that he doesn't have any receipt paper for my receipt and that I would have to wait 15 minutes for chicken. I wait right at the counter, so I'm in eye line of all the employees (lest they forget about me, I don't have a receipt to prove it). When the chicken is finally done, the guy at the counter has me repeat my order to him slowly (even though it's on the computer monitor in front of him), while he packs it. I can feel the exasperation of the 30 people behind me who are waiting to have their order taken. He scoops the tiniest scoops of mashed potatoes and mac and cheese...with all that waiting, you'd think he'd give me a little extra?!? The chicken was OK but it definitely is NOT worth the wait. Also, this KFC parking lot is a battle zone and it's very annoying trying to get out of it...people waiting for the traffic light just don't want to let you pass. Bathrooms are the most disgusting I've seen in any restaurant, the food is always old, i don't know how the manage that... To top it off the service is always terrible.... The parking lot is small at best... The manager is a real jerk as well, because i had a problem there and he didnt even want to hear about it. read more

I had the most horrible experience with KFC tonight. If I could give them zero stars I would.I placed a large order through Grubhub because we had friends over There were seven of us.I ordered a 14 piece bucket which was about $40 and came with sides and six biscuits. I specified that we wanted all white meat breast and wings. I ordered the three sides it came with plus extra biscuits, 2 extra mashed potatoes so we would have a total of three. I also ordered a three piece dark meat meal with mashed potatoes and another side. First of all the order was delayed I don't know if it was their fault I called the restaurant they assured me it was coming and I asked if they remembered the bucket was all white meat and extra mashed potatoes with gravy was ordered and extra biscuits. The order came and I was shocked to see 14 chicken tenders in the bucket. There were no extra mashed potatoes just one. There were no mashed potatoes in the three piece meal. I only had the extra biscuits I ordered not the Ones that were supposed to come with the meal. Food was also cold.. this order was over $80 after all the fees. I called the store they wanted me to come into the store To get the order that should have been delivered. I explained that I had already paid a tip and delivery charge. They said they would make the order and have it to me in 20 minutes. I live five minutes from the store. Then I called back to request the general managers number. The number they gave me was wrong number. I was also on the phone with Grubhub about the issue 40 minutes instead of hanging out with my guests. There wasn't enough biscuits and mashed potatoes but we made do. The replacement order finally arrived an hour later at 9 PM when my guests we're leaving. read more

This location is always unclean, dingy, and hardly ever gives freshly cooked food. The chicken seems to be old and recooked because it always has a dark, double cooked color. The staff never smiles, and seems uncaring. I can't take any chances with my health. read more

This was awful. I have been going to this KFC off and on since the 1980's and it was always fine. It was KFC but standard and tasty and I liked it as a treat. I stopped tonight and it was awful. Greasy and tasteless and nothing like KFC is supposed to be. Has the chain changed or is it just this store? So disappointed. read more

I love kfc especially this one,it has fast service with getting your food wether it is just eating in or takeout.
