But if you are actually planning to host an event here you better be ready to deal with problems, personalities, and general frustrations with the ktao management. Big bucks, not much bang. Be very very specific and clear with contract negotiations, put everything in writing because they have short memories. I would explore every other option in town first before renting out ktao.
