They give you very good service, and they are efficient. If I were to be very critical, I might fault them for a seeming lack of communication. You probably want to be proactive in pushing for information without being rude or impatient rather than waiting for their phone call (impatiently). English is spoken here which is a huge relief...since I have no idea how to communicate about car maintenance/repair issues in German.

To my surprise, they not only checked my tire pressure, which was too high, but also did not charge me. This type of customer service is woefully lacking and many other stores/companies could take notes. They were engaging and took the time to explain to me about the difference between recommended sidewall tire pressure and the manufacturers recommended tire pressure for the car type. I came left with a greater understanding of something that is very basic to the operation of an automobile. I'll need an oil change in another 1000 miles and a tune up in 3000 miles. Or I'll tell them what I need, but I don't know which size or spec, and they'll help me figure it out. Whenever I purchase parts they'll explain how to install it myself. Their prices can be a little higher than other bike shops in the area but the service is excellent and totally worth it if you need some extra help.

Besides renting a space to work on your car, there are automatic car wash (three levels of service for $8, $9, $10 depending on what you need), two stalls of self-service car wash and six self-service vacuum cleaner stations with three air pressure pumps. Vacuums seemed to be in very good working order. For both self-service car wash and vacuum, one segment (about five minutes for vacuum) is $1 which seems reasonable. It's a good place if you're needing to work on your car or get your car cleaned inside and out.

Small mom and pop style auto garage with fair prices…read more Now I've been here twice in the last year and compared to the other places around here these guys don't try and rip you off! The problem in this area is that 99% of the garages try and mess with you! No kidding!! I drive around 250k miles a year and more, so I go through cars quite fast... Most of the time when you just want a service, other stuff is just conveniently "broken". These guys however are fair, I had three bust lights and they charged me 14 bucks with installation!

The motorcycle shop is top notch and very professional. I had two services done there and was in and out in less than 3 hours. They also give you a loaner bike so you can go test ride other bikes while your bike is being worked on. My wife also has her Mini worked on there. Good and friendly service.
