Pulver Demanded money to prove to me that HE made a "miskey"(he claims to record the entire test session, yet would not provide unless I paid for it) Pulver denied my spouse answered both ways to the same basic question (calling them a liar?) Claimed it was just a "miskey" on HIS part however, he wanted me to pay money to prove to ME that it was a miskey on HIS part...one would think that $350 for 2 questions would cover the 'cost' of proving HIS "miskey". A polygraph is intended to remove doubt, not add MORE doubt. I felt Pulver was rude, VERY condescending and quite unprofessional (email pic) I found Mike Calderwood in Hayden to be very professional , helpful and the polar opposite of Pulver.

I contacted T.R.A.C.E through yelp, then I spoke with William, got a quote, I emailed the documents to William and within a couple days, our documents were properly served! I must admit that I couldn't help but be impressed because after having worked with the other process server (which was like pulling teeth!), the ease of working with William at T.R.A.C.E. was quite nice! It's hard to find a good out-of-town process server (I'm in Nevada), so I'd recommend T.R.A.C.E. should you need one in the Spokane, Washington and surrounding areas!
