He quickly took the time to explain the benefits of stretching 30 minutes in the morning and in the evening at my comfort level. He actually made me sit down in his office and perform a few stretched and how to "properly do this". I didn't even know there was an art to stretching properly. I was an athlete / previous baseball player and what they had me do back in the day was actually quite wrong. By the time I left his office, he gave me an informative document to take home and the stretched I did even at the office made a HUGE difference tonight. Thank you Dr. Gorski!
