A review of the service department only, on someone else's dime I became an unexpected customer. My rental car had the urge to be seduced by a French speaking mechanic. Actually it's because the car was broke-ass fuck-wagon Hertz rented us. They pulled one right off a new car! That's pretty darn accommodating. The repair was done promptly. Cost a lot-just like in the US. They also pointed out our crappy Hertz car had bald tires- in the middle of winter. I decided not to spend any more of my vacation at Kia, even though they have a nice waiting area with a TV, coffee machine, and titillating antifreeze advertisements. In short- Friendly, efficient, accommodating. * Did y'all notice how I am striving to tone down the language? I started with 'FUCK' and reduced that to a mere 'DARN'. read more

I have faced one problem after another with service. Here are just a few: When I bought my Sorento in July 2009 I paid for a tow bar to be installed, but when I arrived to pick it up it wasn't installed. 9 months later I finally got it installed, but then when I got home and was looking it over, no wiring... Oops! 3 months later when I buy a little camper from Leisure Days and have them testing it they find that the wires were crossed and they had to redo the wiring for me. Last week I take family camping only to find out that I am loosing a back wheel. Yup, none of the lug nuts had been tightened when I had the tires changed and three of them I could wiggle with my fingers. I decided to check the other tires and sure enough not one nut was tightened on any tire. Now it has been towed to the garage, but do I trust them to fix it NO... but I have no choice?? Service is not reliable and not safe to drive after having them repair it. Think I will go public? read more

Horrible service... they sold a used car to my bf: the service was super slow, the car was absolutely filthy and they never offered to clean it. But here's the kicker: they didn't fill out the registration papers correctly and after waiting in line at the saaq for half an hour, a nice lady told me I had to go back to the dealership to get them corrected. Alas, Kia Sherbrooke takes Friday evenings off, and after 3 calls to their terrible automated phone system, all I was able to do was leave a message at the reception. I have travels planned for the weekend and the 10 day transit expires Monday. You have ONE JOB Kia: sell cars!! Why can't you fill out paperwork?? I didn't ask a podiatrist to sell me a car, did I? I went to a dealership, you'd think they could work out the 12 spaces they have to fill in so I can get on with my life! Urghh.. read more
