I used to like this place but the prices have gotten out of hand and Ive come across several stained and dingy pieces of clothing.

Just got done selling some items here today that were left over from a garage sale. They filled up one of their laundry baskets of my items and gave me $50 cash for it all. I think that's a great deal! Not sure why everyone is so upset and giving them negative reviews for not getting a lot of money for their items. They're used items, not new! Pretty sure if you donate items you get $0, be happy with the cash in your hand and the items not cluttering up your basement. I think what I got paid was extremely fair! Am I the only person who thinks that the prices aren't great unless you hit a sale? Even then, sale items are limited and slim pickings.

They rip people off. DO NOT SELL TO THEM. I unloaded a 15 passenger van filled with items. They "bought" (if you could even call it that with what they gave me for it) about 80% of my items and gave me $190 (this includes two large ikea kids tables, 6 stools, 7 little people castles with matching figures and cars, foam blocks, Wood blocks, 15 wood puzzles, a pack n play, numerous books -puppets- animal figures- dinosaurs- baby toys- crib sheets- cars- action hero's-and so many other things) I came to get the cash and was offered a check and was never told that I'd be given a check. I saw four... FOUR of my items already out totaling $100 and they bought hundreds of items from me. Very very very disappointed and I couldn't retract my items at that point since it was so much and it took all day to process and I had left. Their policy if "if you leave" is ridiculous. How would I be able to stay there all day waiting for them to evaluate my items?? I will do everything I can to detour people from selling to them. I feel cheated and robbed. read more

I was impressed with their selection of kids items and toys for a reasonable price. They seem to have a higher quality of items than your average thrift store. I plan to bring my nieces and nephews here as well as anyone else who has children. They have multiple locations and buy your stuff in exchange for store credit. read more

This is not close to my house but I come here to sell my used kids' clothes because they pay more than other stores near me. They also have a huge selection of stuff so I usually end up choosing store credit instead of cash because they have great prices on great clothes, shoes, etc. The staff is friendly and efficient and patient with me when I bring my 4 small children in with me. read more

Back to school shopping savior. I have three kiddos and have been shopping and selling with kid to kid for 4 years! I'm sad that my two oldest only have a few more years left shopping there, BUT my two year old has many many years left! I will always shop here and this location is so polite and helpful! read more

I have attempted to sell items here over the past 8 years. If I wait in the store for my credit and take my things it's fine. Both times I have left things to be picked up the following day they have been "misplaced" or "donated by accident". Their prices aren't good enough to drive far for, and the lack of care for customers items to be returned has ensured I will no be shopping here. read more

Very irritating. I bought a kids camera for my son and got it home and it doesn't work. How do you not even check these things before you sell them. Now I am stuck with store credit for a store that doesn't even have toys for kids over 4!!! read more

I have sold clothes here for the 2nd time. And customer service SUCKS!!!!. Seems like nobody really cares to much about there job. Kid to Kid would be a much better place, and a friendly environment. If you had employess whom really took there job serious. I dont think I want to come back here anymore. read more

I tried it again fokes...I was right the first time came here looking for a swim suit for my daughter ...better of at walmart your prices and selection are horrible...the swim suites were heavily wear and over priced got a "new" $9..am save my money and time from here read more

The website says they sell until 5pm on Saturdays. However, I just went there today at 450pm and they said it is only until 430pm. I let them know that according to their website, it is 5pm. The response was, Sorry, we will have to get that changed" and they refused to honor what their website currently says. Good thing they weren't busy either, I would have hated for them to have to work before they closed at 6pm. read more

I was recommended to this store by a friend. I wish I would have know that there were other stores with better reviews I may have tried them first. I had cleaned out my daughters rooms & decided to try to take them in to get a little cash back on them. As I drove in to the parking lot I found the store but the parking in front of the store was filled up so I had to park further away then planned. The first complete is you can't take the clothes in a trash bag. You have to take them in a bin. I didn't mind doing that but with all the clothes I had it would have been 3 trips back & forth from my truck to the store instead of one trip with a trash bag. I carried in my little bin & as I walked in I noticed bikes & things outside. I didn't know they did other things besides clothing. Although it felt kind of trashy I went in. The store is packed full of things. As I stood at the counter waiting to be helped their was a lady in front of me on her cell phone. I give the young lady behind the counter 5 stars for being nice & asking me if she could help me. I said I brought in some clothes & she said great but I needed to see the ladies at this other table & it would be an hr wait. Ok this is my fault because I went at 1:30 in the day & didn't call first. I decided to ask normal how much do they buy the clothing for to her reply she said of course depending on condition of the clothing I would get $1 to $2 per item. Then I asked about shoes she said the same but if they are brand name like Nike, I might get a little more. Then I asked about the bikes since I had 2 I need to get rid of she said I might get $5 for them......My kids clothing are in great shape they don't even looked worn & the shoes are still in good condition & as for their bike I know I can get more then $5 I get it the store is for the consumer that is buying not selling. They did have a lot of things so people must not care about getting any money for their things. I didn't even look to see what they sold stuff for. The clothing racks were so packed that I didn't want to look. I felt dirty in there for some reason. I will never go back to this location. I am not usually a good will person so maybe that is why this store turned me off but I wouldn't recommend this store to anyone. I wish I could have given a 0 stars but since the young person was nice they get a 1 star. All I can say is ewwww!! read more

I have been going in here for about a year. Once in a while you will find a bargain or something that is in great condition that is also fairly priced, that being said other times items will be way over priced and especially for second hand clothes. I have purchased a few toys that they take the batteries out of only to get them home and put batteries in them finding that they are broken or not working right (seriously... that's what I said) So I still give three stars because there were a few purchases I was happy about, the reason for coming back, tonight I had a bad trip. I decided to check out their trade in credit prices, took in a couple of toys that were purchased new full price retail and in great shape, they were worth about 60.00 new together for 3 things, well I didn't expect much but whoa less than 10 percent is pretty unfair, even if they are needing to turn a profit that offer is less than 50 percent split, no thanks. They offered me 3 dollars, and the toys were in great shape, much better than the stuff on the shelf. Anyway to wrap it up..I still decided to make a purchase tonight, there was a fisher price little people barn that caught my eye 16.99 I thought well there is some extras in here or something and expected the newer version, get it home put it together, not only is it dirty but missing pieces and is not even the newer version, this one is 12 years old so I couldn't even buy the replacement missing pieces. Dissatisfied customer for sure. Better off selling buying Craigslist, Facebook, Garage Sales, or even donating, plus you'll be saving some a few dollars by cutting out the middle man, might take a little longer but its worth the wait. read more
