Very affordable clothes, both for children & maternity. Majority are like new, some have a little wear/piling. Many deals, I especially love their maternity mondays if you follow them on facebook. Maternity clothes is smaller selection but I usually find some shirts or jeans, even a dress. Definitely beats the prices at Macy's, plus I find brands I never heard of that are very good. I haven't sold any clothes here but I hear they give more than Once Upon a Child. I haven't really bought much baby gear or toys, but seem to be reasonable in that as well. Nice store but they don't honor their hours!! I don't know how many times I've shown up during the posted business hours, and the store is closed for no reason... No signs, no explanation, nothing. There have even been times where I've shown up, there are workers inside the store at the counter, who see me and other folks standing there, and ignore us at the locked door and never come to even acknowledge customers outside. Frustrating and a waste of a trip when some folks drive from way on the other side of town. read more

They have a pretty good selection of clothes and historically their prices have been pretty good. Their prices have not been quite as good recently since they lost competition from Once Upon a Child on the other side of 183. They also sometimes close early randomly. If you are making a special trip be sure to call ahead to confirm that they will be open, even if their posted hours say that they are open. read more

They closed early due to staffing shortage today. Extremely unfortunate for me. We are a one car family right now, so I have very very limited times when I can run errands and had planned to go today before a big trip and was only able to be there for 10 minutes before I was kicked out. Unapologetic about it. Their response, was "you should have called before coming to see when we were open." I certainly don't call every establishment before going. I trust that the times they have listed are the times they are open during a regular week. read more

I came to sell several items last year and was offered $28. I ultimately decided to hold off on the offer. Fast forward to this year and I added double the amount of items to the tub of clothes I had previously brought to sell. Almost all the items had tags on them bc my son never got to wear many of the outfits since he grew so quickly. I was ready to sell regardless of the low offer I knew I would receive, but when they offered me $35 ($7 more than last year, yet double the clothes) I decided to take my box full of clothes and donate them. When I browsed the store there was minimal inventory and what I did find was priced almost at retail and in pretty worn out shape. The 3 stars is for the friendly customer service. read more

This location has awesome selection and a good layout. Clothes for infants are separated mostly by age and then gender instead of separating girls & boys to opposite ends of the store. This is a great time saver for me since I like to pick more gender neutral clothes for bumming around the house. I stopped by the store two days after Christmas and scored a couple holiday fleece sleepers for $1 a pop and also bought tons of off-season summer rompers at 70% off for a trip we are taking soon to a warm destination. Rude. Multiple local mom fb groups talk about the owner of this place and how she's rude. Just saw literally 15 comments 2 days ago from all different people on a post talking about their bad experience here and how they'll never go back. Bad vibes every time I'm in here. I come in to sell my stuff and half the time there's a note on the door saying they aren't taking any more buys for the day and they don't care you just drove 20 minutes out of your way to do so. Newsflash- us bringing in our stuff makes you have a business. So maybe try and not be rude to people or act inconvenienced that they dare bring in their stuff 2 hours before close. Never friendly. Snappy. Also, I've been there at least 2 times during normal business hours and they're closed. So sick of their crap. I won't be back! read more

I come here a few times a year with good quality clothes to sell and am always treated respectfully by the staff. The wait time is rarely longer than 30 minutes and they generally have decent prices and a good selection. I think the negative reviewers have unrealistic expectations of what their items are worth. These stores offer you the convenience of selling items that have market value and saving you the trouble of doing it yourself on Craigslist. You're not going to walk away with a pile of cash but it does offset the cost of the clothes your growing child needs. I buy used clothing for environmental reasons and this is the best kid's resale experience I've found. I only leave out the fifth star because I would like to be able to go to Barnes and Noble or sit in my car and have that count as staying onsite. Sometimes I don't want to shop when it's really busy or noisy kids are there. read more

Staff isn't super friendly and they are super picky when selling items. Also a lot of their baby gear items are the same or close to retail price- so make sure to compare prices when shopping. That being said they have a huge selection of baby items- gear, clothes, toys and the shopping experience is pretty nice. Kid to Kid has a great selection of maternity clothes. Last night I bought 3 pairs of Gap jeans that look brand new for $51! The first time I went I found 3 shirts for a total of $21. Extremely reasonable given the prices on maternity clothes. I'll report later on the baby stuff :) read more

I called ahead of time to let them know I was on my way to sell some strollers and baby items like a 4 moms pack n play. I am currently waiting here trying to drop things off currently. They keep helping other customers who walk up to the desk (not in line, just helpendex to just get done shopping). They wanted me to leave it there and walk away I guess? Not sure. They explained as I left that they have a "line system." No one was in line but me and one other person when I first walked up. They helped 4 people who walked up after me while I was waiting with my very busy 3 year old. They basically just ignored me. Why? I am not sure. But they sure don't seem to need your business. Brought in some nice jackets and they offered me a dollar each. When I returned I found them on sale for $12-$15. It's unfortunate because In the past I found that certain buying clerks are very fair but unfortunately this one was out to rip me off. This place is a racket. Took in 21 pairs of shoes (some with tags still on) and lightly used larger baby items. After being told that we would receive an email/phone call with the quote, we would have 24 hours after to accept or pick up items. Recieved quote which was almost nothing 16 cash or 20 credit, I went in to get the items. Half had been "donated" and the others were either tagged and out already or being tagged when I came in. Owner came in and was condescending and rude about the whole situation. Shady place, I would find another used store to go to. read more
