Kidaroos closed and reopened as the Fun Factory. I took two grandkids. It was $30 for the two of them for basic play. You have to buy their socks, which are $3.00 a pair. With tax, admission was over $40. I believe they also offer some kind of splash option for additional money. These prices are before you get anything to eat or drink and of course, most kids will want to play the video type games. These cost extra money. You could easily run through over $60 for two kids to play a couple of hours. Besides, about a fourth of the playground is for kids 3 and under, so the play area for those 4 and over is actually smaller than it first appears. All in all, my opinion is that this is an outrageously expensive place to take your kids. I would not do it again under any circumstances. read more

It's a fun indoor play space for a good price. It is not well maintained though, and has become raggedy. Part of a climbing tunnel is roped off because there's a tear in the fabric, yet kids are able to just climb through it. After spending $25 for a game card, many of the games took money off the card but did not work. It's a hassle trying to get a refund. The place looks a little dirty and paint is missing from the walls in places. Employees are nice and helpful. Owner who works there does not appear competent. I most likely won't return under the current conditions. read more

Although my kids had fun when we went for a birthday party ( this is the second or third birthday party in the past year we've attend there ) -the party rooms are never ready -nor are they clean - they always overbook(every party we've went to) -the equipment needs repaired beyond belief it is unsafe!!!( I personally reported and offered to remove a broken area for them so noone got hurt on the very sharp metal hanging off with a screw a min of one in out of the paddle on the swing rope bridge.they returned saying they didn't have anything buy a set of pliers to remove it...) this is unexceptable. This was just the major issue I felt need taken care of immediately. So much needs replaced -they bathrooms were filthy -they are definitely poorly staff, a couple employees were extremely nice and trying their personal best to help with the fact it was overbooked and filthy but a couple good employees does not helps when there's 6 parties 100 + kids. -there was noone checking kids with parents going in and out of the door VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH HOW IT IS BEING RAN AND TAKEN CARE OF!!! I do not know who owns or manages the establishment but a lot needs to be addressed before it should be allowed to be open. read more

Great place to let your little one run off all that pent up energy on a cold winter day. My wife wanted to check it out and we loved every part of the experience. Less paperwork than usual. Exceptionally clean. I can't explain in enough detail just how well kept this establishment was. It's obvious that the staff is well trained, patient, and very good at their job. The professionalism of the staff is what really stood out. Kind, courteous, and friendly even if you've accidentally broken a rule there. And the best part, very affordable. For less than $9, my daughter ran and played until she almost literally dropped. I wasn't aware that they served food and unfortunately we had already eaten before arriving, but if the kitchen is half as clean as the rest of the business I'm sure you will be pleased. We told everyone about it and highly recommend to all our friends and family that they check it out. If you aren't already, the owners and people that work there should be very proud of their product. I know I would be. Great job. read more

This establishment is a joke. Came here for a birthday party and of course you can't bring any food other than the cake. No drinks either, kidaroos expect you to order everything through them as they are greedy but didn't have any food other than pizza in stock so those children that are picky couldn't eat. Asked management for them to allow us to get something for those kids and we were flat out told no. So not only do they not have anything the kids that won't eat pizza will have to go without. Sadly this establishment isn't worth your time nor money. Management is rude, employees don't listen and are more worried about what each other did yesterday. I can not recommend this place at all. If you wish to have a birthday party for your children you'd be better off at sky zone or Chuck E. Cheese cause at least they allow outside food and beverages and actually make you feel like your children are having a birthday party. read more

Today was my first time coming here and it's such a great concept. We came with our 3 year old and 1 year old to celebrate our youngest turning one! It was clean and the play area was well taken care of which was really nice to see. The girl who checked us in was really helpful and nice, making conversation with our 3 year old and even talking to my one year old. We got there at 6:45 (they close at 8). Once we got settled in, it was about 7 so I told my fiancé to go order a pizza. He walked up and asked what size pizzas they have and the woman told him, so he said ok let me go ask my fiancée what size and I'll be right back. The woman working behind the counter said "Well, hurry up and make up your mind because I already shut one oven down and I'm about to turn off the other one." Our 3 year old was excited for pizza but after that, we Decided we would get food after we played. As we were waiting for the slide, a little boy started climbing up (signs say not to for safety reasons) and his mom was telling him to get down. The same woman from behind the counter SCREAMED across the restaurant not to climb up the slide, then came up closer and did again. I understand safety and following the rules, but the mother was handling it. If she would've come up closer Or even said something to the mom and boy in a nicer tone, I probably would've given this place a better review. This is a really good idea and it's sad that it's being ruined by people working with kids who don't have enough patience to. If I could give less stars, I would. This place was disgustingly dirty. I have two children and one is 8 months who I paid full price for and she couldn't even do anything because the floors were so dirty. Used condoms in the restroom. When something was said about the cleanliness, we were followed around the entire place to see if we did anything. Never coming here again. read more

My son went for one hour. Woke up sick the next day. i don't hesistate to say I know he got it from this place. I stayed until close the night before. never watched them wipe anything down... also I had his shoes on the table(purposely to see if they'd wipe it before leaving) I walked out with the remaining employees and the table was never wiped. There was a play area for 3 and under which there were a lot of older kids in and bumping into the younger ones (which is the parents faults) but the workers reminded that it is for young kids only and need to play in their designated area. I tried this out for the first time with my 11 year old with autism and my 6 year old. I called ahead to see how busy it was as my 11 year old doesn't handle to many kids. They were friendly over the phone. When we got there they were really nice and understanding. There are low poles that they reminded us to look out for when playing. My 11 year old being very tall for his age ran into one and was crying pretty loud. They were fast and attentive to him. Getting ice pack as well as offering him a cookie and a bottled water to help him calm down. I have never seen a more friendly place that showed the compassion they did. They acted more like family would and for that I can't thank them enough. I highly recommend this place but I would call ahead like I did if you have a child with sensory issues as they have busy times and slower times. read more

My family attended a friend's son's Birthday here on a Saturday evening. It was quite Busy, but than again there is t a whole lot to do around this area so it's expected. There was plenty of stuff to do for the kids! The have trampolines, foam ball guns, slides, ball pits, tons of climbing obstacles, arcade, and more! The do have a concession stand there so you can get snacks, drinks, and pizza! The price for the kids to play wasn't bad at all! I believe it was around $15 a kid and that included unlimited play time that day, not that whole ridiculous 2 hour time slot some places do! They do stamp both parents and child's hand so when you leave they Check to make sure someone isn't leaving with your child! We had no issues with staff being mean or rude. I played in the Ball Gun area with the kids and nothing was said, but I do believe they were laughing at me because I was getting attacked by about 50 kids! I know everyone worries about cleanliness at these facilities because of the germs, but everything seemed to be very clean! It's a great inexpensive time for the kids and they will have a Great Time! read more

Food was extremely over priced for the portion we received, after speaking with an employee they said they "weigh" them out. $5 for 25-30 French fries is a little steep. Other than that it was a decent experience. I think they need to re-assess their food menu and prices especially with not being able to bring any of your own in. read more
