We made the mistake of PAYING before the work was completed and she LEFT before i came home to see what she did or did not do. SAVE YOUR $ and do not waste your time here. She said she had another cleaning to get to and had a checklist to make sure the work was completed. My photos will show otherwise as proof that Amy needs to look into another career choice as cleaners should be meticulous in their work and not leave bugs in PLAIN SIGHT and consider their work being done properly. Amy, surely your checklist must include clean the floors and that wasn't done in any room as i can continue to post more bug photos as they are in the living room, hallway, bathroom, and main bedroom. I will post more photos to prove my point that your checklist is obsolete and you simply can't complete it regardless.

She said she'd come back to finish next day - but she didn't. She then she broke off all communication. Amy had insisted the job be paid in full at start. I asked for partial refund but was ignored.
