Great place to look around. Staff are there if you need help but they don't hassle you. You can look around at your leisure and they have some great bargains too in the offcuts section. Will definitely shop there again. read more

I found that the owner was very warm and approachable without being pushy and had a very good knowledge of the products he is selling. He was courteous and spent a great length of time ensuring that we got quotes on the products we actually needed. We only received a refund on the difference because we brought it to their attention. When we complained, we received unprofessional service. The assistant would not admit he had made a mistake. We have purchased carpet for every room in our house from this company as we prefer to support local family businesses, but we will never use Greyfriars again. They did not even offer a payment as a goodwill gesture for their mistake and the inconvenience caused. Obviously, Customer loyalty is not a priority for this company. We will shop at John Lewis in future, where they care about Customer satisfaction.

Stay Away. I found…read morethem to be cheapest so decided to go with them. However wish i paid extra. First they advise delivery within 5 working days, this turned out to be 10. Laminate flooring quality is shocking, i believe them to be selling seconds. Also items missing of the delivery which finally turned up a month late. This was then the wrong item. When i rang to complain how poor the flooring was (politely i must say) they would put the phone down, refuse to give you the name of the manager etc. very childish behaviour! I would advise all to stay away. I have been renovating a house and had many new products / delivered, and this was by far the worst service and quality. Pay extra and use a reputable company.

I then received a letter saying that they were unable to give me my money back as they had been a victim of credit card fraud and it was being investigated and were unable to give ant refunds. I explained that I had paid by debit card but they still refused to refund my money. The manager was so rude to me that I ended up in tears. Please do not give your money to this "company" as they are ruthless crooks
