They did not even offer a payment as a goodwill gesture for their mistake and the inconvenience caused. Obviously, Customer loyalty is not a priority for this company. Laminate flooring quality is shocking, i believe them to be selling seconds. Also items missing of the delivery which finally turned up a month late. This was then the wrong item. When i rang to complain how poor the flooring was (politely i must say) they would put the phone down, refuse to give you the name of the manager etc. very childish behaviour! I would advise all to stay away. I have been renovating a house and had many new products / delivered, and this was by far the worst service and quality. Pay extra and use a reputable company.
