When we…read morecame in to tour the school towards the end of the day at the beginning of this year, we came in towards end of the day and waited for awhile until other parents were done picking their kids up. Then, we were told that we need to come back another time because they didn't have enough staff as some of them were sick. (That's fine but I wished they either gave us a call, as a courtesy, or told us right away to come back another time). We called them another time and were told we have to submit the paperwork to put on the waitlist (I wish they told us earlier) and decided to give them another chance and came back another time to give them our application for 1 of our kid. We knew the waitlist was long and came back another time to give them another application for our 2nd kid. As of now, we haven't heard back from them. Of course, we were lucky enough to find spots at other daycares who accepted 2 of our kids. However, we felt like we were profiled and ignored. That's quite unprofessional. I talked to another parent who had good experience with this daycare but we did not.

My daughter has attended there for almost 3 years, I love the "homey" feel. They are great at…read morecommunication, and it feels like family. They are accommodating to my daughters food allergies and other medical issues. I couldn't ask for a better preschool.

Mixed feelings about this school. It seemed great, my daughter (3 yrs old) loved going here. She…read morewas enrolled for about 4-5 months until i removed her due to the over-use of TV. They are put in front of the tv multiple times a day, which is not what i was told they do. When i brought it up to the admin, they said "what would you like for her to do instead while the other kids are watching tv?" Which could possibly have my child feeling excluded and distant, i wasn't ok with their problem solving. There is so much to do for a wind down or transitional time for one activity to another. For an example: puzzles, books, audiobooks, coloring, etc.. I have worked in daycare/preschools before and never seen TV used as an activity, especially not multiple times throughout the day. Also, the only way i found out about this was from me looking into the provided camera system (i wouldn't have ever known what was actually going on at school if not). It made me feel uncomfortable because 1) I'm paying for education and socializing not a TV pacifier and 2) we are selective/strict on screen time and what shows are being consumed. They tried to cover it up and say it's only their zoo phonics program but they lied because my child says different. She was coming home talking about tv shows we never shown to her such as Mickey Roadsters. They literally have TVs in every single room except the cafeteria and playground.. Now, the major positive i can say is my child was super excited to go everyday. She did learn her ABC phonics while there which I'm happy about. I know there is learning done but i wish the day wasn't focused around the TV.

Took a couple preschool/daycare that our daughter loved. Thia one was the winner! I've never seen…read moreher so excited to wake up and go to school every morning!! Definitely recommend!!
