Throughout the day they sent me pictures and videos of her and they still make it their business to do so today. The pictures&videos shows you what your child is doing and learning throughout the day along with updates of what and when they are eating, when they use the bathroom, and more! I have been nothing less than satisfied with this Childcare Center and all that they have provided for my child and I, and not to mention....the staff plus their communication is all a parent could ask for. My daughter adores her like an aunt, and Yudith has taught her so much! This month, our daughter started Pre-K and is well ahead for her age, thanks to her time with Yudith. Yudith follows the Montessori method, encouraging freedom of expression, fun, and friendship, while also maintaining a solid routine and impeccable transparency. It's a small daycare with only a few children, so the attention is highly personalized. You always know how your child is doing, what they're learning, how they're living--whether it's how they sleep, eat, or play. If you love your children dearly and can enroll them in this daycare, do it! It's a gift that will last them a lifetime. Yudith has been a blessing not only for my daughter but for our entire family. When she started she was not potty trained. Ms Brooks (the owner AND teacher) has helped her blossom in so many ways. My 3 year old now knows some colors and numbers in Spanish, she recognizes her name by sight, can tell you how to spell her name without seeing the letters and she even knows how to write the majority of her first name. She is also fully potty trained. She knows letter, numbers, shapes (including octagon and hexagons) and what surprised me the most is that she knows all of her alphabets in sign language ( we go straight down the list, mix it up, and we even give her the wrong answers sometimes to see if she corrects us, which she does) Ms. Brooks is an excellent teacher, along with her daughters who help occasionally. I chose the word school earlier because that is exactly what its like. They wear uniforms, they have homework, art projects and more. My daughter loves her and she loves the kids right back. From a parents point of view, outside of how much she teaches the kids, she RARELY closes (outside of major holidays) and she is very flexible. Another plus is that the class setting is small for it to be a center. But they all learn so much and I love it!

I never see anyone come in and out of this child care center with hand/foot/mouth virus, the flu or and other virus because this facility is very clean. 5 stars to this center.

I asked where the teacher was, and he told me she was in the classroom, not paying attention--talking with another staff member. When I asked if she helped him right away, he said no. I had to call the daycare myself because no one from your center contacted me about the incident. No one could explain what happened. I was told repeatedly that no one even knew about it until his father brought it to the staff's attention. Why? Because management was apparently in a meeting dealing with another situation. Is my child not a priority? I'm sorry your staff wasn't supported well enough to do their jobs properly, but that's not my problem--it's yours. Not only did no one offer care, but my son wasn't even sent home with so much as an ice pack. Completely unacceptable. The next day, I brought Trent in so staff could see the physical damage for themselves. I remained calm the entire time--no yelling, no raised voice--but I made it clear I expected answers and accountability. I asked to view the camera footage and was told none existed, despite the video monitor clearly visible in the office. I was told an investigation would be done and I'd receive a call by noon. When I was contacted, I was told my son was lying. That he was playing leapfrog and tripped over another student. No. What we're not going to do is gaslight my child to avoid responsibility. Now it's turned into a "he said, she said," and it's giving full-on cover-up energy--overcrowded, understaffed, and trying to sweep it under the rug. My son's story hasn't changed once. I believe him, and I will always stand behind him. Tell me--what does a child gain by lying about being hurt? I also made it very clear: if anything else happens to either of my children while in your care, I will not hesitate to file a police report. Then--after all of this--you send me a disrespectful, accusatory email full of lies and decide to remove both of my children from your center? Because I advocated for my son? Cool. I was two steps ahead of y'all anyway. I handled this situation peacefully. You will not call my son a liar, and you will not lie on me. I never left a voicemail, so that accusation is completely false. Like I said--and I'll say it again--I BELIEVE MY CHILD. I've already filed a complaint with the Office of Child Care. Next step: a police report.

Also, for the before/aftercare, they do provide you child with breakfast, snacks and dinner. I mean....home cooked dinner! Ms. Claudia and her two daughters watch over the kids providing a variety of activities from picnics and backyard splash pads in the summer to arts and crafts in the fall. Claudia's day care has a great adult to child ratio (about 3 adults to 10 kids) and offers one of the best rates in the area, not to mention her generous discount for the second child. If you have rigid expectations and want hourly updates/photos than this might not be the day care for you. If you are OK with play all day every day in a safe environment, then Claudia's day care will be perfect for you.

They waited til each child got sick and then you get a phone call at work to come pick up your child due to high fever but no one says, "Hey by the way....little Johnny had Hands Foot and Mouth last week, get your child checked" She has her children work here in the summer so they are not licensed....definitely not too happy my child was cared for by a 16 yr old with more than likely no CPR/First Aid cert. Needless to say, I was told they were no longer able to service my child because every time they talked to me I had a problem ‍ Ummm ya damn right I did! DONT TAKE YOUR CHILD HERE VOUCHER PARENT OR NOT!

The staff seems very friendly but they lack the knowledge to care for small children, with the exception of one teacher, who cares for the 4-5 aged children. My daughter was there from 9-5-17 to 11-16-17. At the end of her first week I noticed that she had a runny nose, and yes I know children do get sick, but this came out of nowhere. I informed them that she is probably getting sick and they had the audacity to tell me that kids will get a runny nose and she's in a new environment so she'll probably get sick. Well we ended having to go to the Pediatric ICU because my daughter wasn't breathing well and was there for a week. After that she got sick once a month. She actually got sick her last week there and they waited until the end of the day (4:30pm) to inform me that there was an issue. The facility is not very hygienic. I saw roaches on two separate occasions. The kitchen is very dirty as well as the toys that the infants played with. They employ staff that are not licensed to care for children, not even a basic CPR license. The infants don't get much freedom to crawl or walk around, there have been many times when I come in to pick up my daughter and they are strapped in chairs or sitting at the table. Overall it is not a very hygienic environment for children. I caution you to leave your child there for care.
