It is NOT PART OF THE HOLY CHILD SCHOOL. This program rents out space from the school. If your child gets assaulted or bad incident happens, school is not responsible for it. Pricing depends on child's age. Parents pay extra $100 for the field trips per month. Their field trips are really bad and poorly managed. They give out junk foods to kids during the field trips while demanding kids to bring their own food. This facility does not give meals to kids yet charges similar prices to those facility gives meals. They allow older and younger to the washroom together. Often all kids hang out together which allows to bulling to happen. One of the WORST after-school child care program in Edmonton. It is not SAFE program under current management (Program director "Anu Rawat, Kathrine Wang & board of director). This administration is prejudiced towards colored families. One mother addressed that her son had a broken bone while playing their during 2024 summer, staff member sent that child home with ice pack instead of contacting medical professional. Later on that day, this child ended up at ER with a $1,200 medical bill because they were on work permit living in Canada. This clearly says what level of competency this facility's staff members inherent. On Aug 2024, when ten years old white child assaulted a five and half years old brown child, Anu Rawat, Kathrine Wang and current board of director took side of the child molester's and became solicitor for the preparator. They were informing the victim's family that it was matter between the perpetrator and victim's family instead of reporting to any authorities. This facility gives one-on-one service and support to a child molester. They plan fully pressurizing victim's family to contact with the perpetrator's mother. Intentionally, victim was left with her molester so that the victim could get irritated. They played such a immoral dirty politics with this victim, her family took out of that facility. This perpetrator was flagged by a parent to Anu which was ignored instead of giving this child any help. If Anu did not neglect her duties and cared for other kids safety, a five and half years old child's life would have been very different now. This perpetrator told her assault victim that her act was secrets not to share with anybody. This triggered to victim to speak with her mother. This means that the perpetrator was assaulting for a period of time. She knows what she was doing, targeting younger kids. This incident says a lot! Only GOD knows how many kids been assaulted at this facility and not reported. When a parent notice alarming behavior and conveys to Anu, she ignores and covers up. Some of their staffs are fresh off the boat immigrant who has poor English understanding. Some of the staffs are volunteer who are not fully licensed. They ignore when assault incident get reported because their staff don't understand meaning of "Bad Touch" on children. Incompetency, negligence and ignorance of current board of director, Anu, Kathrine and staff members will blow your mind. Their staff members including Anu Rawa have terrible attitude. There are safer and better daycares and after-school programs around downtown areas. Pricing is very standard which includes meals. They keep older kids separate from younger kids. Only one child is allowed to use washroom. One of my recommendation is: Future Mentors Daycare And Out of School Care Address: 10545 108 St NW, Edmonton, AB T5H 2Z8, AB (780) 705-1834 Future Mentors does drop off and pick up kids for Holy Child School's students. Please keep your kids SAFE and choose daycare & after-school care wisely. When bad incident happens due to negligence to your child, you can not reverse it. Mental damage is devastating. The facility has a good sized space and lots of interactive activities for the kids. The staff are great and always very personable with us and with the kids. They are great at the daily temperature checks and sign in at drop off. Our child really enjoyed it here and learned a lot during this summer month. The hot lunch is excellent and varied. There is decent transit to this area. Unfortunately there are some potholes in the back parking lot which sometimes become puddles when it rains.

They wouldn't even give me time to look for another daycare. I told them okay, if you guys cannot handle him, but give me a couple weeks maybe even till the end of the month for pete's sake to look for other care. She said no, he needs to be gone by the end of the week! Listen to this, took him to another daycare closer to where I reside and had NO issues there. Staff were great with him and had weekly reports on his behaviors. You know why? Because they actually spent time with him and included him in daily activities. I almost cried on his last day at Centre daycare. I was so angry. I went to pick up and they left him sitting in a corner with a bucket of toys while everyone was on the carpet singing. My grandson looked so sad. I pulled one of the staff aside and said what this was all about? She said: "Oh, we couldn't handle him" What? He looked perfectly fine and content in the corner, no hyper activity going on besides the sad look on his face. I tell you, if there wasn't any kids present, I would have yelled in that daycare workers face. (one who wears tank tops all the time and lets her big stomach hang out) Though it's in a great location for people who work downtown, it's not worth it. They do a different theme each month with a themed craft most days. They also have story time, free play time, carpet time each day and field trips at least once a month. They go outside as often as they can with our silly Alberta weather. I feel like this preschool has prepared him so well for French Immersion kindergarten and made him such a little independent boy. I will be sending my youngest this upcoming school year too. If you are looking for an amazing south side French preschool, definitely send your child to Les Bouts D'Choux.
