They don't smile, they seem annoyed, as a matter of fact the only time they smiled was when the girls tipped each of them at the end of the services. The facial room was not decorated for children and full of equipment which scared the girls. At the entrance of the facial room , there were jars of chocolate, the girls were not offered not one chocolate or even water the whole time they were there. You can see in the pics as well. The manicurists didn't smile or gave the girls color ideas, just asked them very serious what color do you want as you would expect at an adult salon. I DO NOT recommend this place for your children. Not only can they get hurt, but they will not have the magical experience they advertise. A most definite disappointment. Save your money and take them elsewhere,

Th staff is beyond attentive and the environment is bright and clean. They have the classic car seats for little kids and they offer tablets with entertainment for each kid. My daughter sat at the big kids seat with a booster and felt like a big girl. She got a nice wash with massage and a great simple cut. Then the hair was lightly blow dried and she got some braids and jewels on her hair. She was also given a bow and a toy!
