They helped us set up when we brought our decorations and food, and made us happy and comfortable at the place. The food and cake wrap up was really quickly. Whatever on the kids plates uneaten were thrown out. They provide water, cups, plates, cutlery, decor, table cloth. They also helped us box things to make this party exit quick. No worries about food or loot bags - Extreme Fun took care of both. Plus, we ordered a custom cake and my daughter LOVED it!! Knowing we weren't sharing the facility with anyone else gave me peace of mind. There was an area for parents to relax and their coffee was so good that a couple of us asked for the brand name. The kids all enjoyed running around and there was a good variety of toys and games to keep them entertained. Everything was so clean in the play area and especially in the washrooms. I honestly can't think of anything that could be improved. Our daughter said it was her best birthday and asked if we could have her little brother's birthday party there too. It's a small space with a climbing structure with multiple slides. There are two arcade type machines which cost coins, and a game zone with interactive floor projections. The toddler/infant area is small and crowded. They have walkers, activity centres, rocking horses, a slide, and some foam cubes and mats which were used by adults as a seat and place to put their belongings. I was not impressed as the already small space for my infant was crowded with adults and older kids. Space is small but you can keep an eye on child easily. Lots of tables and chairs around. Good place to burn energy quickly on a cold day but kid got bored fast and infant had limited things to play with. Wouldn't go back. There are better places.

They were very quick in responding to your questions through email and they have 4 paw packages to pick from I choose paw package 3 which is $380+tax and it which is for 20 kids.. the flyer they have says 3 jugs of juices but I only received 2 and has 2 party size pizza so I choose one pepperoni and one cheese they cam in the middle of the party so it was fresh and hot which is great.. They did all the set up and cleaning for the private room.. I did have few of my own decorations since I was going with the NINJAGO theme which I gave the items to them 2 days in advance so they could set up the room and the decorations and cutlery that came was used for the adults.. and got 2 free play pass.. it did say part of the package the birthday child gets a free gift which I didn't received.. I emailed them so hopefully I get a respond regarding it.. The only thing I would say I'm not too happy about is I did misplace my knife I brought to cut my son's cake cause they mentioned right away they don't have a cake knife which I think they should be able to provide one for every room since the place is mainly for kids birthday parties. And when I called to ask they did see my knife which was wrapped up in paper towel but they told me they threw it out.. o thought they would at least keep it and call the people who was last there to mention they forgot or left behind their knife or anything because when it's times to leave parents are trying to pack up as quick as they can but can forget at times when saying good bye to the family and friends they invited.. and the knife I brought was pretty pricey so I'm not too happy to hear they threw it out without thinking of calling or keeping it just incase someone calls for it. I think I would go back just for the walk in play but for a party I would think about it first since so many things wasn't given and just the whole throwing out someone's item they forgot without waiting to see if the family will claim it

Located here are a few things: 1) indoor playground - it's decently large with lots of climbing and slides. Material is okay but definitely is getting worn. 2) inflatable bouncy castle. It's not huge but can hold a decent number of kids to jump around in. 3) arcade - lots of fun kids games that require extra money per play 4) pseudo tree top trekking - small course that hangs in the ceiling. 5) party rooms are available to store stuff and eat food in if you rent one out There's also some random toddler toys tucked away in various nooks and crannies of the indoor playground. The one downside is that it's sooo busy. I'm not sure what the max capacity is but there were so many kids and adults, it's sometimes hard to maneuver.
