They are land line only and you either get them or you don't. Their answering machine if you get it will tell you that. No messages taken. No messages returned. "Just stop by and see us". They came in under the cost I anticipated for parts and labor. Very happy about that. And as I said, old school on payment too. Cash or check only. They also have a huge variety of new yard machines and power tools on display for sale. Very pleasant and a great repair experience for me. Highly recommend.

They 1 never call me about my push mower to let me know it was done had to ask him when I picked up my rider and 2nd they charged me $267 and apparently never checked it to see why the neutral was sticking. The owner then argues with me over the phone saying he isn't deaf and if I would have asked for it he would have wrote it on the ticket. Also continues to tell me this is probably an internal transmission problem and not worth fixing. Uhh why would I have fixed the other stuff if this was unfixable? I know there are some cases customers aren't right, but me and my husband tried explaining this to him while he was trying to talk over us to someone who was just there to shoot the bull, but we are wrong? No you may not be deaf but you are rude, senile and too busy shooting the bull with some good ole boys that wanna just hang out instead of paying attention to the paying customers that you didn't write it down. Poor customer skills deserves 0 stars. Will not be back!

They have solar panels, books, medical supplies, tools, toys, air conditioners, spare parts to random things, and even a few hot tubs. There was a roller that came unscrewed. Now, this still wasn't an easy task. Chip did a great job of troubleshooting all of our 4 slides and ended up replacing 4 rollers. The shop also identified a problem with the generator mounts, just by walking by while the generator was running. Charles did a great job on that repair.

They welcomed us with that famous southern charm and made us feel at home, knowing that the repair would take the entire day. They were incredibly straight forward and honest with us about what had to be done, vs. what really could wait, or didn't need to be done at all. It was worth the 10 hour drive, and we would do it again, but hopefully we don't have to! And the price was more than fair compared to ANYTHING in the Tampa area.
