In fact, there was a town house that I really liked and she talked me out of buying it. She said, "I will not let you buy this place!". She explained why I would eventually hate the town house, and she was right. What real estate agent does that?!?!?! Ann Marie does. Eventually we found what would be my home in Alpharetta, and getting it was an emotional rollercoaster. Ann Marie did such a great job keeping me from going crazy.
