Food was good but service slow - don't ask for condiments bc you will not get them. Good luck getting your glass refilled ... doesn't matter if wine or water. Enjoy what you get the first time bc you're not getting anymore

Milagros (server) is a problem. I want lettuce on my Fajitas and when I ask for $24 Fajitas and lettuce, she straight up said, "no." How does a restaurant say no to such an easy request. I'm kinda mad and I'm writing this while angry. So take that in stride. Nevertheless, I can't have lettuce. I can have 3 other toppings I don't want, but not lettuce. Never coming back. Like ever.

    Just left my cruise

My husband and I just had the best burger ever! It was not on the menu, BUT it should be!!!! The chargrilled taste coupled with the 2 slices of melted American cheese made this bar burger one to remember! If you are in the area plz try it! We are sad we can't have another one as we fly out in the morning!

This restaurant is somewhat confusing, it advertised as a Mexican restaurant but the menu was predominantly American cuisine. I ordered steak fajitas and my friend had what would I call them the enchiladas. The steak fajita platter came out sizzling hot but consisted of mostly onions and very little of anything else except the steak. The enchilada and yellow rice platter looked and tasted as if it came out of the Hungry Man frozen dinner box. Quite honestly I don't think the enchiladas were even that good. This was not so good Mexican food from a mom and pop local restaurant in a luxury hotel with luxury hotel prices.

What a total surprise this place was! Drinks were fabulous, food was outstanding, and our server made it the perfect experience. I can't say enough how surprised we were that this place tucked inside a hotel was so good. I'd recommend coming here even if you aren't staying at the hotel.

    Totally mediocre $16 breakfast

The Bartender Andres, was excellent. The food was great. Crowne Plaza doesn't deserve this guy. Hire him and enhance your business.

We were the only group there about 30-45 min after they opened and service was somehow still surprisingly slow. Our waitress clearly didn't want to be there and after 45 min of not getting my first drink when others in the group were already starting to receive their 2nd, I still didn't get my drink, but at least my friend got her's....only after the waitress was fiddling with her straw. She was tapping each end with her fingers (that have been handling dirty plates, empty cups, menus, and a serving tray) and twirling it while she waiting for the bartender. I hoped she was using it as a sort of fidget straw and would then grab a fresh one for the cocktail, but unfortunately that didn't happen. When she returned without my drink, I asked about it and she said I must not have told her. Ok...sure. Also, 2 of the 3 toilets in the women's restroom were out of service. Good thing we weren't there when it was busy. Drinks were mid but tapas were yummy. It's a cool place for the scenery but definitely a one-timer.

Parking was conveniently located right in front of the restaurant, making it an easy stop. As soon as we walked in, we were warmly greeted and invited to sit wherever we liked. We chose a table near the window and immediately appreciated the intimate and charming atmosphere. The restaurant also features a bar and televisions, creating a relaxed and welcoming vibe. Our waitress was pleasant, attentive, and made us feel right at home, which always enhances the dining experience. Although we weren't extremely hungry, the menu had so many appealing options that we decided to sample a few items. We started with the Caribbean Tea shots, which were unique, refreshing, and surprisingly enjoyable. For drinks, we ordered a Malbec and a Peanut Butter Old Fashioned. Our first entrée was the Churrasco Frites, featuring marinated skirt steak topped with chimichurri and served with twister fries. The steak was cooked perfectly, tender and flavorful, but those fries were the true star of the dish. Still wanting more, we ordered the Garlic Parmesan Twice Cooked Wings. They were nicely prepared and satisfying, though I would have enjoyed a stronger garlic flavor. Not quite finished, we moved on to the Oaxaca Burger, an 8 ounce burger stacked with onion rings, bacon jam, house BBQ sauce, and Oaxaca cheese. This was one of the best burgers I've ever had, and possibly the best. The bun was toasted yet soft, the burger was seasoned perfectly, and it was cooked to a juicy medium temperature. Every bite was packed with flavor. Overall, everything we ordered was excellent, and the service and atmosphere made the experience even better. I would definitely recommend this restaurant and look forward to returning.

The bar and restaurant itself has a welcoming vibe that makes you want to stay awhile. I ordered the tuna appetizer, but unfortunately it just wasn't for me. To their credit, the staff handled it very professionally and took it back without any issue, which I appreciated. The rest of the table had a much better experience with their meals. The steak and salads especially got good reviews from everyone and looked very well prepared. Even though my dish missed the mark, the service and atmosphere were solid enough that I'd still consider giving eTwic another try in the future. Sometimes one item just doesn't hit, and there were definitely enough positives about the restaurant to make me curious to come back and try something different next time. I know that one friend at the table really enjoys this place so I must believe that she has good taste!

My only suggestion is don't overdo it especially if you're visiting and have a hotel that does not have a way to reheat your food later. Also, very nice drink selection and if you're not looking for alcoholic drink drinks, they have Coca-Cola not Pepsi as of this review.
