Taro milk tea with strawberry popping boba
    Ashton F.

I tried their taro milk tea. They made it really fast, which was nice. But I didn't really like it, unfortunately. I like it at another place way more. This one tasted very milky. I wouldn't order again. The restaurant itself was nice and great location. I'm sure their food is good.

We came here because it was very convenient for everyone in our party. They were also able to take a reservation for our large party of 16. Our party was quickly accommodated once we arrived and were served with such efficiency. We chose the party platter that came with so many rolls and sashimi that we could have just eaten that. The presentation was spectacular and the rolls themselves were so good! Some people in our party ordered ramen but were so full from the sushi that they couldn't finish their ramen. Servers were attentive and the food was delicious!

A solid place to get a good bowl of ramen :) Me and my family love going here. From their sushi to their ramen to the boba, its a solid choice. The ambience is casual and decor fits to their theme. Good amount of seating and parking is easy. The servers have all been so friendly and helpful. The food always comes out fast and fresh. Its not the best ramen I've had but it is still a good choice for the area.

Kiko was great! Friendly, non-intrusive service. Received all items in a timely manner. Everything was fresh and delicious. Highly recommend the pork belly rice bowl and tantan ramen. The brown sugar milk tea is also very good. The place is cute and clean inside and there is plenty of parking outside.

Super cute, clean spot with a great vibe. Service was fast, friendly, and efficient. I really enjoyed the curry ramen--rich and flavorful. My partner wasn't a fan of the spicy miso ramen, though I can't fully weigh in since I didn't try it myself. We also ordered the sashimi appetizer, which was fresh and tasty but a bit light on the portion. The California roll was solid and well made. Overall, a pleasant dining experience and worth checking out.

This was my first time at Kiko and it was a great visit! Plenty parking in their attached parking lot and it was easy to find. We were at very quickly and the food came out even quicker. The chicken shoyu ramen had a really tasty broth and plenty toppings. Their rainbow roll was one of the bests I've had in Jacksonville so far. The food presentation was great as well. For dessert I got a Thai milk tea but I wasn't really a fan. I usually love Thai tea but it was way too sweet for me unfortunately. The restaurant was clean and service was perfect, I will be back for more.

Wow wow wow. What an amazing sushi restaurant. The fish was so fresh and the rice was moist and tender. I'm a sushi snob and very picky. The rolls were delicious...loaded with lots of fish. Service was impeccable...very friendly. Atmosphere was quite pleasant. Eclectic and modern. Definitely worth the drive.

I had a great time here. I ended up going here for my birthday with me and my family. I ended up getting Ramen, which was very incredible. I love how smooth the bone broth was. And it was so fulfilling. I believe my Ramen wasn't about $18 and I had enough to fill me up while I was at dinner and enough to take me at home. My sister ended up getting the deep fraud roll, which is very delicious as well kind of similar to a dynamite roll. I love the aesthetic of the place. It has a lot of Japanese advertisements in. They even have a bar area which kind of similar references a Japanese bar. They also have Boba in different type of tea and they also have saki as well. The Customer Service was very fast. I believe we ordered and got our food in about 20 minutes. Of course some things will get done faster others, but I just want to make sure everybody food got there at the same time. I also have some yellowtail sushi, which was so good. The rice was very tender and the yellowtail was a star of the show. Also, I have some wasabi and Ginger açai which I mixed with soy sauce to go on the sushi and it just took the sushi to level 10.

Stopped in for dinner. The atmosphere is welcoming and decor is cute. Service was quick. The sushi rolls came out with dry ice in a small container and orchids on the plate, super unique and something that sets the experience apart from other sushi spots! The sushi was really delicious and I'm excited to go back!

The food is usually pretty good but the last time I was there it was mediocre and my daughter was ill. The service is very good. There is plenty of room.

She was patient as my wife and I and a few friends reviewed the large menu with her, and followed up throughout our meal. The second was the food We started with sharing an appetizer of garlic soy fried chicken wings and dumplings...very tasty Then I had Tonkotsu Ramen and my wife had tempura udon... both were large servings, with home made noodles and a favorable pork broth with fresh vegetables. Mine had a 3 pieces of a thick cut pork and egg in the broth what was really surprising was when the dessert came... I think it was called mango Bing Soo... What it is, is a huge bowl of shaved ice with Mango and cream. It was delicious... and perfect for after the main dish we ordered... and I would go there just to get that dessert alone.... I don't normally take my time to recommend a place but I recommend this one as a find .. highly

It was super crispy, but the meat was still so juicy. And the sweet and creamy sauces just finished the perfect bite. The ramens were pretty solid too. The matcha broth was super creamy and light. And the tonkotsu was so flavorful, with really tender chashu and a perfectly soft boiled egg. Plus the noodles were a really good texture. The restaurant itself is really cute too. They also have a convenience store type of ramen station in the front, which I really want to try. As well as a little arcade game that you can play in the front while you wait to be seated. However, I was really not a fan of the service. It's nothing really against the servers because they were super nice, but they just seemed so frazzled. We arrived around an hour before closing, but it took forever for us to be seated, despite seeing a few empty tables around. By the time we were seated, we were told kitchen would be closing in two minutes, so we had to hurry and put in our orders. All of that was fine and I didn't mind. But what I did mind was that our waitress checked our order twice when we first have it. And she came back to our table within the next five minutes to check our orders again for a third time to make sure she had down what we wanted. I wanted the matcha ramen and was most looking forward to having some chashu and egg. So she confirmed my order three times that I wanted matcha ramen. But when it came out, she gave me the vegetable bowl. I knew the kitchen had closed at that point, so I just ate it, but I was really disappointed. (I did get to try a bite of my friends egg and chashu, which also didn't really help because it was so good and made me wish mine came with those even more.) When we were finished eating, it took forever for the checks to come out. This I also didn't mind that much, because the servers, again, looked really frazzled trying to close up. But at this point we had waited until well after their closing time, so part of me was hoping they could just close us out first and then finish closing down the place. I think we waited at least half an hour from when we first asked for the check (at which point we had already been waiting a while) to when we finally got our cards back. I did see they charged me for the vegetable version of the matcha ramen so it was whatever, but then also I was confused - so it wasn't a mix up in the kitchen, she rang it up as the vegetable one from the beginning! Even though I never mentioned it and she never said vegetable when confirming my order. It was a dollar less to get tofu instead of an egg and chashu which doesn't seem worth it. Writing this all out, I'm sorry to rant, because the food really was good. And looking at other reviews, it looks like the service is usually pretty good. But again, it was just disappointing. That being said, I am really hoping it was a one off thing because I would go again and try some other menu items too.

Most importantly after spending so much time here my friend and I both spent the night up sick. Not sure if it was from the wings or the ramen but it seemed we both had a slight case of food poisoning. Overall save yourself the time and drive to other ramen places available in Jax, as there are much better ones that won't leave you sick.

Not just one or two items, but it looked like someone emptied a trash bag in their parking lot. The service was subpar. The guy kept saying he was new and was really nice, but didn't know the menu very well. The food was disappointing as well... I got the pho with tendon and brisket and I opted to pay an extra $1 for the fresh noodles, but totally not worth it. The brisket was chewy and some of the tendon was inedible (had to pay $2 extra ) . The broth had a chemical taste to it like they didn't rinse their pots thoroughly enough. The one good thing I can say about the place is that they offer a plethora of Asian noodle dishes from Vietnamese to Filipino to Thai to Chinese. If I ever do go back, I'll definitely try something different.
