Quality was bad the guy in the red chair messed up my kids hairline . Then some older lady try to help by lowering the price trying to cover up that he messed up . Then she kept making me feel uncomfortable like i shouldn't speak up for the messed up hair cut. Don't come here if you like these people rolling your eyes at you. They try talking bad about me in Spanish but i understood everything. read more

I been cutting my hair here for the past 15 years. By far one of the best barbershops in town. They are very knowledgeable and friendly.

Great place to go! I had a very tentative barber by the name of Veronica, she was a great help. She asked plenty of questions about what I wanted exactly. She was very nice and welcoming. There are plenty of other barbers in this shop that are great as well that have good styles of cutting hair. I had a great experience here. The barbers here need you to be specific and know what you are asking for. It's better to over communicate than to end up with something you didn't ask for. read more

I should have walked out before this haircut started. I was seated almost instantly but the "barber" didn't speak any English. Another barber, I presume to be the owner or manager walked over listened and repeated back what I told her in Spanish. Now, I know enough Spanish to understand that she translated what I asked for pretty well. I asked for a low fade with a number two. The gentleman finished up and showed me my haircut. There were very hard lines in the fade that I had to ask to be blended in. At this point I realized this guy was not licensed to cut hair, nor did he really know what he was doing. The woman came back over and had to do it herself! The shop did not disclose to me that this person was under training or not certified to cut. Overall, the fade is uneven all around, specific directions we're not followed regarding the length of the fade, what not to cut and what I actually wanted cut. I am displeased and will never go back, which really is a shame because it's so conviently close to where I live. read more

NO SE CORTEN EL PELO AQUI, pedi un corte simple, el 1 abajo y mi pelo de arriba a la mitad. la señora jamas midio mi pelo como los demas lugares a los que e ido, nadamas empezo a cortar de a mucho. me lo dejo super corto de un lado de arriba, basicamente rapado. Su excusa era que yo había llegado peinado de lado. Yo no me peino de lado, y llegué despeinado, además tenía demaciado pelo para hacer eso. Ahora tengo el pelo chueco, más largo de un lado y para poder arreglarlo me lo tendrán que dejar casi rapado y ami no me gusta traer el pelo tan corto. Había regresado por un reembolso porque ya no les confiaba con mi pelo. La señora jamás quiso admitir que me lo corto mal y me estuvo culpando ami por no explicarle en detalle que "no lo quería más corto de un lado" y la gefa era igual con su actitud después de un argumento, pudo rendirse y darme mi reembolso, pero si no fuera suficiente no querer dármelo al inicio, me dijo que tenia el pelo cochino(me bañe el día enterior) y dijo que quería mi corte gratis después de corrrerme y decir que jamás volviera, como si fuera tan estupido como para volver. read more

Labor Day last minute kids cut before school starts tomorrow. Ship wasn't busy at all. There were 3 people working. There's a lady to the left and a younger man to the left. The older man to the right was eating. This was our first time here. I wasn't sure who was supposed to be cutting hair so I just patiently waited until the 2 on the left were done curing hair but as I waited I guess the older man was done eating and he could take my son. So why the 1 star review?! Well I asked him to fade my sons hair on the sides but leave the top long. As you can see in the pictures that's not the case at all. The haircut was good if I wanted it shirt but that's not what I asked for. It is significantly shorter all the way around. I mentioned to him that I asked for it to fade to the top but he said this was the longest it could go WTH of course it is if u use #8 on top but I asked for it NOT to be cut. Anyway, I'm irritated, but his hair will grow back. Cut was $11, if I wanted his hair this short I would have saved myself the $11 and cut chop it up myself. Definitely won't be back here. Don't know why the reviews are so great. CONS SUMMARY - No directions/clarification for first timers - Didn't listen to what I asked for - $11 up there from the $8 stated in previous reviews read more

I like this place. It reminds me of the first barber shop I use to go to as a kid. Small white building w/ black & white photos of people like Panco Villa on the wall with a TV that sometimes doesn't work and when it does it's playing some spanish soap operas. All the staff are friendly and cut hair very good, Plus it's only $8 or $9! There is a lady that sell Tamales on the weekends over there. Best damn tamales I ever had besides my GF grandmas..... WOW! I took my son in today to get a hair cut with Myra and I was impressed. My son suffers from a disorder called Trichotillomania (hair pulling) where he leaves bold spots all ove. Myra did a fantastic job you couldn't even tell. By the way he hates haircuts and crys every time when we got home he came to me, pulled me a side to say that he really loved his hair and wants to only have it cut at kikos by Myra. read more

Yelp took down my last review for standing by Kiko's barber shop. I didn't know Yelp was in the business to infringe on peoples 2nd amendment rights. I have been going to kiko's for over 25 years and everyone there is has always been respectful and courteous to me and all other customers. I have never in 25 years witnessed any racism whats so ever. NEVER!!! read more

Went there for the first time today (Sunday) and I was seated right away. They have 7 chairs so it's a very good chance you won't have to wait. I got the exact haircut I wanted for just $10, and I was very satisfied. My usual barber is closed Sundays and I didn't want to wait, so I came here. I will gladly come back. Also, there's a panaderia next door, and a 99 cents store a few doors down. I went to both! read more
