He gives the pros and cons of a procedure and explains clearly how long it will take to recover. During my hospital visit he visited every day, even on the weekend. He does his procedures at the S.A.N so make sure you have medical health cover. His receptionist at his rooms is highly efficient and although blunt will explain what is covered and what is not by Medicare or a health fund. His rooms are situated at the Ryde Medical Centre. There is open parking outside the building. After the visit ,stop at the coffee shop to regathering yourself.

I work as a careworker for an external company. In this case I was transporting a client to the…read morehospital to have a support boot changed as the current one was breaking. The physio appeared and started communicating to the client and I switched off, went through my phone to check emails. I had been forwarded a report of a staff netting minutes and began reading it. There was a part I wanted to snapshot with the home/power button to send to my computer as an attachment to home I found important. I accidentally missed the home button and the phone had taken a photo of myself on the reverse side (facing me) part of the phone. However you get that "photo snapshot" sound and immediately the physio completely stopped talking to the client and turned her attention to me. From this point on, I was interrogated, accused of taking a photo of the physio which was completely unjustified as I hadn't. She completely ignored the presence of the client with full focus on me. Unprofessional. On top of that, she was trying to intimidate me with this whole power game. There were patients and visitors in the waiting room I was in as well as the counter staff, all who were paying attention to all this. It was humiliating, embarrassing and insulting. I was then insisted to show my camera roll to prove I hadn't taken a photo. When I had proven it, she simply turned away back to the client who suddenly came into existence again with no word of an apology at all for being wrong in her accusation and continued to talk to the client. I've written a complaint to Ryde Hospital where I received an email saying I'd have a response in 35 days. This really isn't good enough. Cayley - physio Team Leader.
