Always packed, this Irish pub located in the heart of Bellavista, has the cozy feel of being in a pub in Ireland with the glitz of Patio Bellavista.
The pub is surprisingly large, with seating outside in their patio as well as inside on the first 2 floors plus a small seating area outside in their second floor patio. My favorite spot to sit is this second floor patio as, in my opinion, it is a bit more intimate with a view of the main plaza in Patio Bellavista.
I came here on a hot summer's night that called for cold beers and a light meal. My partner ordered the fish n' chips (which were surprisingly light and delicious considering everything is fried) however I ordered the marinero, a lox sandwich with cream cheese and avocado and it was by far the best of the two - my partner actually stole half of the sandwich! We paired our meals with a couple of artesanal Chilean beers that had hop and taste!
To end the night, we ordered a Guinness (what Irish bar is complete without some rich Guinness stout?) although slightly expensive (5mil) it was definitely worth it to finish the night off right.
It is hard not to mention Dublin's atmosphere which really blows you away with spaces for live bands and DJs you never know how the night will end.
This is also THE spot to watch any international sports games - especially any European soccer or rugby games. You will be met with tons expats as well as travelers screaming and cheering for their teams - a great experience all around! read more
