I don't think this place should be called a mall, maybe the Killeen Hall is a better name. Now I know Killeen is not a big city or anything but it does seem like it should have a better mall. Maybe if this malls karma is good when it dies it will be reborn as something nicer. read more

I don't know why people here say this mall is horrible. It has a Victoria's Secret, Pandora, Zales, Bath & Body Works, Gap, and some other good stores. It's not that bad at all! It can be WAY worse. read more

It's had better times but Better stores have arrived and the cleanliness is so much better. The crowds can't be avoided because of the heavy influx of people living here but that can be helped by shopping in the early morning upon opening. The stores are full of amiable staff and lately it seems they are nicer. I appreciate the bike parking and free wifi when accessible. read more

Not bad for the area-they have Dillards, Sears, JC Penneies, Burlington coat factory (a store so bright you have to wear shades) Gamestop, Spencers ect. The smoothie place in the food court makes the best peanut butter smoothies in town, too. read more

Not that many stores. Boring. Small. Not a fun experience. I was expecting to see so many stores when I first walked in to the mall. Even though we just came to window shop I was able to leave with one satisfied thing from Burlington, perfume. I ended up walking in a right out of stores because I didn't want to settle for little and that's what the stores had very little. I would ask for something and they wouldn't have what asked for in stock till 2 months from now really. Might as well go to another store other than a hang out meet up spot this is the worst mall I've ever been too. Don't expect to visit again anytime soon. read more

It's a mall. It's a small mall, but it is still your typical mall, with the anchor stores, a food court, and the smaller stores. Very clean, good layout, I hate the kiosk salespeople no matter where I go, (especially the ones that want to straighten my hair-touch my curls, and I will hurt you!) I especially liked Truly Texas. The shopkeeper was so sweet, consoling me during my mini breakdown (my son has to go to Afghanistan. I'm not taking it well.) She made sure I had tissues, and calmed me down when my husband couldn't! The gyro/wing place was very good, and the place was not at all crowded like the malls near my home. That is always a plus! :) read more

Its a medium-sized mall, its better to go on a week day VS weekend. Its packed with hoodlums and thugs on the weekend. Very annoying seeing people's ass cracks. read more

The mall has been around for a hot minute. It's fan fair was in the 90's and is slowly dying. At one time you could walk through the mall without being bombarded by the center lane kiosks trying to hustle their wares. Not the case now. However if you want a descent burger try Burger 101 in the food court. The fries are good when fresh, but nothing to write home about. I make a point to stop there when I can. read more

Tilt arcade in killeen mall was a last min choice birthday party for an eight year old! It was last min I was out of state and had to plan and book all over the phone. The Tilt arcade manager was an amazing lady! She allowed me to pay deposit and party cost once I arrived the day of the party due to the fact I was not in TX, which was outside of normal policy , but extreamly appreciated. She was very attentive and went over and beyond her normal duties. She was also very professional and in a welcomingly great mood through out her entire shift, which says a lot dealing with rambunctious kids and tired adults in a fun land. Thank u very much! Tilt was easy cheap and the kids loved it. The bday package came with two table saved to ur time frame as well as pizza, soda, game tokens and glow golf. Perfect, totaly recommended it to anyone with young kids that need an indoor cheap bday event. read more

The main reason i am giving this mall is because the people here are really nice especially the people in Dillard's they have fun and laugh and did not have an attitude. But one of the reasons why i was disappointed is because the bath rooms were VERY DIRTY. it look like no one had cleaned in there for like a couple of months.... Absolutely had a very bad experience in the Regis salon!!! I told the lady how I wanted my sons hair and even showed her a picture she completely shaved my sons head!!! I kept saying stop what are you doing she ignored me and kept shaving!!! I finally had to remove him from the chair!! She cut him on the side of his head with the razor!!! Her attitude was horrible and as I walked away she said with a smirk "have a nice day" absolutely traumatized my son who has a disability!!! Horrible place don't ever go there!!! Selection of stores isn't great, it's nice having a Victoria's Secret and Bath & Body Works, but everything else is a waste. JC Penney is tiny, all the vendors throughout are just there to harass you, and there's nowhere to eat. Not worth a return trip. read more

This mall is small. I think if they had Abercrombie and Fitch, Wet Seal, and Forever 21, it would be much much better. The Nails spa and club is Amazing! It doesn't really make sense that there are two Dillards in this mall. I rather go to the Austin Mall if I ever went on a shopping spree. That's how much Killeen Mall sucks! read more

If I could give them a negative star I would. How unprofessional this place is and how they conduct customer service is outrageously horrible. I have had many experiences here and I have to say last week was by far the worst experience I had ever had. I was at a kiosk talking to a model with an agency and how they were being treated was harassment and I would have to say sexual harassment by the own malls security. They were being told to bend over to prove that what they were wearing was provocative. These are underage girls. I was extremely appalled and uncomfortable. I felt for the girl that the security brought to tears. This little girl was just trying to do her job while dressed appropriately. The security was dropping stuff on the floor and then telling her to bend over. I understand there are certain policies that the staff have to abide by but she was way over the line. Not only did she make her bend over once but three times to prove a point that she couldn't prove. She then said that she was only trying to protect the girls from the soldiers that come in because we are right next to an army base. She said that these guys will take what they are wearing and think it's ok to do what they want. As a security guard it's your job to protect these women and other employees from this kind of activity not make it seem like it's your fault for wearing a dress. I didn't get the security guard name I wish I did. She was talking to people around the kiosk asking if they knew one of the girl, I'm positive it was the manager or team leader. She was asking what her name was what her age was and what kind of relationship they had with her. She was also asking personal questions on if she was married and if they were involved in any way. I don't see how that was relevant to what the main issue was for her approaching these girls which was their dress code. The security was then told by another customer who just happened to be a police office that that was wrong and unprofessional and she ended up walking away. For a women to do that was appalling and so disgusting that I honestly will not be setting a foot in that place ever again. Good to know you guys will hire people that drives customers off. I usually don't review places like this but I couldn't not say anything. Security in places like this are supposed to provide a sense of safety and assurance and it's unfortunate that that is not the goals for this place of business. read more

The Killen mall would be a lot nicer if it wasn't for the woman at the hair kiosks harassing me every time I walk by. They are obnoxious, snobby, and rude. They use "insults" to try and get you to use their products, and insist that they have "advice for how to take care of your hair". There has even been a time or two where a lady would quickly jump at me asking a million question and attempting to follow me as far as she could go without going too far from her kiosk. And God forbid if you actually tell them "no thanks" or "I'm not interested" because then they'll give you a dirty look. I remember seeing a very cute straightener there once and had they been a lot nicer in the past I probably would have bought it. Helpful tip to those ladies: "Sit down (or stand in one spot) , have a nice smile on your face, politely say "hello" as people walk by, don't be rude what's so ever. If you do have to ask if they would like a "free product" and someone happens to say "no", just simply reply with "have a nice day." I guarantee that makes a huge difference. read more

Nice mall for this town. It has some good stores and very good deals. I found a lot of good deals in the right size for me which I would not find in Dallas or Austin Mall. The sales personnel in the booths are very annoying but they just try to make some money. You can find sales people like them in any mall. I seen terrible malls but Killeen Mall is a regular size mall with average stores. Lots of parking and never crowded. read more

I personally love this mall. Got all my favorite stores in it. But I do have one complaint one of the ladies in the t mobile store off the food court is downright rude. Tmobile was the first place me and my husband stopped today, he needed a new phone and so he asked a few questions. He didn't get the answer he was hoping for so we walked around the mall and came back. He realized he still had a warranty on his phone so we went back in to have them use the warranty to order a replacement. Anyway we walk in again and the lady who was helping us before was really ignorant. I do not suggest going to the store in the mall. read more

On Sunday 8/27/2017, went to get my son school shoes and they didn't have the shoe I wanted so I had to order online. Before the shoes were scanned we pulled up the shoe online and the price was $39.99, but when the associate scanned it the price was higher in the store. I noticed after it was scanned and paid for with my credit the price was $54.99. The associate did not how to fix the problem so we had to wait for the manager to take care of us. The manager finally came and he was very rude, he called customer service and we were told we had to wait for the shoes to come to the store before he can fix problem, but the problem was he said if the price changes when the shoe gets to the store we would have to pay the price that was online even if it was higher. Meaning if the price would have raised when the shoe came in we had to pay the higher instead of the $39.99 that was already priced online. The manager said customer service could not do anything for us so I had to call the customer service center myself and fix the problem. The manager at the Killeen footlocker was not trying to be helpful and didn't do as much as he could. read more
