We got married in August 2015 and as of February 2017 we have not received our wedding video as paid for! He does not respond to phone calls, emails, text messages. His associate then emailed me about sending the finished product almost a year and a half later but STILL has not sent anything! The only emails I get are excuses, I truly believe that they don't even have a finished product to begin with and keep stringing their customers along.
