I interviewed three local firms, and each had its own strengths. Something about TK impressed us, so off we went. TK just finished our federal and state returns and did so with such ease and a professional touch that I almost didn't want to post this 5-star review, as we're selfish and don't want to share her services! Do not engage in any business here!!…read more My quick story: -Was told my tax prep would be one amount, but was then sent a bill for much higher than we agreed upon without any justification. -My tax return was riddled with errors and ended up with my having to pay the government rather than receive a return as promised by Mark. (This was a very straight forward return and I am inclined to believe that he over promised my return to justify over charging me) -When confronted by this he was arrogant and unapologetic. Hopefully Yelpers can avoid this scenario because of what I went through first. Avoid at all costs!
