Let me just start by saying, I absolutely love the doctors here. Especially Dr. Calvert. He has been the primary doctor for my kids since 2020. AMAZING and does really well with my daughter who is really shy. Let me tell you, the office staff here...terrible! I keep going back and forth if its worth sticking it out for the amazing doctors, but the staff that are on the phones to schedule appointments are terrible! You better have thick skin when talking to them. Last conversation I had with them they insulted me as a mother questioning why i didn't make our last appointment, without even allowing me to explain LIFE and what has been going on in my world. Almost had me in tears. I am very torn on what to do, best case scenario i really hope they take all these yelp reviews into account and see how many people are unhappy with the office staff and hopefully replace them. Dr. Calvert has been my son's doctor since the day he was born in the hospital. He's almost 12 now and I'm so grateful he is still his doctor. My son is severely disabled non verbal autistic and all of the staff in the office and Dr. Calvert have taken such great care of him. They are patient and kind and will always get back to you if you call with a question or concern. You can get a same day sick appointment when you need it and they really care about their patients. read more

Great doctors,staff and care for both of our children since they were born. Always accommodating, I totally recommend this place!!!

We have been patients for almost 10 years. The doctors are so caring, understanding and loving to our children. They treat all kids like they were one of their own. We have had many sick visits and all were on the same day, even once after 7pm. There is always a doctor on call even late at night and weekends. We moved over 30 miles away and continue coming to this practice. Sometimes the wait is long, but it's worth it. read more

Okay, so...Dr. Cassi: FIVE STARS. Like, I *love* her. Amazing physician, incredible bedside manner, and she's hilarious. Dr. Calvert: also five stars. He was the first one to see my daughter in the hospital after her birth and he treated her like she was made of gold. I'm not a new mom (she's my fifth!) but man...he was just fantastic. We saw him a few times after that, although Dr. Cassi was our primary. Those are the only two physicians we've seen, but my daughter was* a patient at the practice until quite recently (so almost four years). *Yes, *was*. Listen, if Dr. Cassi or Dr. Calvert made house calls, we would've happily stayed at their practice, but two things made us leave: 1. The semi-to-blatantly unfriendly nurses 2. The insufferable front office staff So...yeah. Three stars when you average the pros and cons. Dr. Cassi is warm, engaging, and accessible. Her nurses, however, act like you're wasting their time with your stupid "well baby" checkups. Um, hi. Isn't nursing, uh, you're *chosen* profession? Did I mention the nurses royally f*cked up my kid's vaccination records to the point that Dr. Cassi herself had to fix them? We're a pro-vax family, but even still...almost doubling a set of shots due to sheer negligence? Not cool. The front office is a piece of work in and of itself. You're making an appointment (either well child or sick kid)...you'd better be willing to wait on hold forever and then understand they're doing YOU A Really Big Favor by scheduling that appointment, okay? And do not ask clearly inane questions like "are there shots at the xyz year old visit?" because no, they don't know. And no, they're not going to find out. Sooooo there. If you can look past some (not all, but maybe most) apathetic nurses and an overwhelmingly surly-to-the-point-of-petulant front office staff, you're good to go. The doctors themselves are incredible. But you'd better have a high tolerance for the surrounding misery that encompasses this practice. read more

Where can I start? Ok! Dr. Cassie and Calvert are amazing, they will really do their job very well. I will be taking my children elsewhere, the staff both the horrid front desk staff and the nurses that are mostly offfputting and standoffish. I've spoken to parents about this during several appointments in the waiting room, some of us are speficailly asked to wear masks while others engage in coversation without one with the very same person who asked you to put on a mask. Its almost as if being kind is so hard for them that even when they try he so obvious that this is a struggle for them. Its a shame because the doctors are just amazing here, hopefully the decline in leaving will alert them to switch to a more vibrant staff. read more

Wait times at this office are very long. Waiting in a room to see a doctor with a screaming baby is borderline unbearable. My daughter is on a schedule. She eats and naps at the same time. So id schedule her appointments around her naps. This meant nothing, as we'd wait in the room for an hour before seeing the doctor. By that time my daughter would be screaming from being so tired. Then they'd give her her shots and sent me home with a miserable baby. Why even take appointments if you're incapable of sticking to them? My sons pediatrician always stays on schedule. So I'm not sure why this place is incapable of it. Billing: it took almost 6 months to correct billing issues between the office and my insurance company. They weren't very responsive nor tried hardly at all on their end to bill my insurance properly. The few times I was able to speak to anyone they were awfully rude. In fact, everyone at the front desk staff is rude. Lastly, because of the pandemic my husband changed jobs. My children were then put on state insurance, All Kids. They stated they didnt accept that insurance and that I needed to find a new doctor. Ok no problem. But- Years ago this sane situation happened when my son was younger. His insurance briefly changed to All Kids. His pediatrician kept him because he was an existing patient. That's called FAMILY practices. Because they care about your family. Kim and Calvert's office only cares about money. The doctors are nice, for like the 2 minutes you see them out if the 1 1/2 hours you wait there. But they don't really care about you, or your child. They only care about making a quick buck. You'd think with all the money they make they'd update their disgusting, filthy 80's lead paint offices and rooms. I would not recommend. read more

Doctors are good. Front desk staff is HORRIBLE. Sadly we will be finding a new doctor for our kids.

This app wont accept zero stars. We have been patients of his for 6 years and have been trying to schedule back to school physicals but their next available date is mid September. You can get a sick visit within a hour but wont even help patients that have been with them for 6 years. Was told by their staff we aren't the only ones not getting in they turned away multiple people. Staff was very rude and told us to go to a primary care center for our physicals. read more

I absolutely love this practice I truly wish that the physical office space would get an update-its gross! Extremely outdated and I feel the need to wipe everything down (precovid). Dr Calvert is beyond Knowledgeable and patient. I wish I experienced the same patience from Dr Cassi. Some of the office staff/cna are great others I feel like I am an inconvenience-not great when I was a first time mom, or even with my second, third and fourth babies. I do appreciate the precautionary measures the office has implemented checking in from the parking lot and then being brought back once a room is ready. Again, excellent providers but PLEASE PLEASE UPDATE YOUR OFFICE!!!! read more

I have 2 children that see Dr. Cassie and Dr. Calvert and I agree with previous reviewers. The doctors are absolutely fabulous. Fantastic demeanor, knowledgeable, courteous. We've seen both of them and they truly love what they do and make you feel welcome immediately. The nursing staff aren't as hands on and welcoming, but they are kind to my kids and efficient. They work really long hours and we're often there during evenings and weekends so I understand them being a bit tired and ready to leave when we see them so they get a break. The front end staff though are horrible to work with. Scheduling appointments is as if you're pulling teeth. They have zero desire to assist and being the face of the office I'm not sure how the doctors allow them to present the office in that manner. I dread calling the office to schedule appointments or ask questions. It's never a quick, easy experience. But, if you are able to look past the front desk, you'll find yourself a wonderful pediatrician's office with caring and attentive doctors. read more

My kids have been going to Dr. Kim (now retired), Dr. Calvert, and Dr. Cassie for over 16 years now. I couldn't be happier with the care my children have received from these wonderful doctors. They truly care about my kids and it shows in every visit. I've read posts from others that they have had issues with nurses and office staff. I can honestly say that in 16 years the nurses and office staff have been nothing but professional and friendly to my family. I could not more highly recommend Drs. Kim and Calvert and Cassie. read more

Ive taken my son to Dr. Calvert for the past few years. He is the best! He is so great with the kids, and extremely knowledgeable. Dr. Calvert is great at putting everyone at ease and answering any questions that I have. I would highly recommend this office for anybody with little ones. read more

If you enjoy waiting 45 min to an hour after your appointment time, this is your place. This office consistently doesn't keep to their appointment times. You get into the room quick, but then you wait sometimes 1 hour and 20 min to see a doctor and it's a routine checkup! To this place, money seems to be their primary focus, NOT the patient. The receptionists are rude. My wife was standing in line waiting to pay a bill and they helped the customer behind her without an explanation or reason. Absolutely pitiful and non-excusable. We both work in hospitality and if this was a restaurant, their doors would be shut. We would understand if they were busy, but you have nurses standing around talking about Uber trips and what happened on a tv show. To be fair, the doctors love what they do and are nice. But a chef loves what he/she does and that doesn't excuse poor service. I highly recommend you look elsewhere for your pediatric needs, you will not be happy here. read more
