We hired Sylvia in October 2020, and over the course of several months, she took us on house hunts, emailed with us through many nights, and helped us figure out the best neighborhoods and areas to consider. I can't stress this enough: Sylvia was extremely patient with us, especially as our home criteria frequently changed: from detached homes in Pickering and Ajax to condos in Toronto. She was quick to point out listings we might like, was incredibly quick to respond to our communication, and whenever we wanted to make an offer, Sylvia was there to give us the best advice in terms of what would be a fair bid not only to get the home, but also to make sure we weren't overpaying.
