Armando was so, so sweet, helpful, and clearly very experienced! The turnaround time was also incredibly fast. I believe he said he could have them ready in one day (no extra fee), which is almost unheard of for designer shoes. The place I used to go to would take at least a week and wasn't nearly as friendly or welcoming. I've only brought my Chanel flats here so far, but I'll definitely be bringing my Louboutins in the future. He even showed me examples of Louboutins he had worked on, and they looked amazing! So happy I found this place -- highly recommend, especially for designer shoes!

Made my appt online- very convenient and received email confirmation. I rolled up to my 7am appt (first of the day) and there was one car already pulling into garage and aside from him - it was only me. I looked into the office - no one there. So I looked to the mechanic and he didn't speak - just pointed to the office. So I went inside. Still no one there. No indication that anyone was present. I waited for 7 minutes - which feels like a long time in an empty office. So I left. I know they had a record of my pending visit because when I called in to (leave a message? I didn't think anyone was there..) someone answered! "Oh yes I saw you pull in .... Maybe they were in the bathroom." If you open at 7a and you know someone has an appt at 7a, maybe schedule your bathroom break accordingly? Like before you open? Leave a sign somewhere that says .. "be right back" ?? Anything? Side note; the mechanic seemed like a woman hater.

I had a friend refer to Car Nerds and told me to stop by today. I went over on my lunch break and they had me in and out in about 30 minutes ! They were SO extremely helpful and nice.
