She listens, doesn't seem distracted or rushed, and has a friendly & professional bedside manner. I've had convenient blood work done twice and the office for that is right down the hall. Pam, her assistant, is equally pleasant and extremely competent. I've been contacted by phone and email with test results. All my appointments have been on time with the exception of this last one. The office is clean and tastefully decorated which one would expect in La Jolla. I really like Dr. Buchi and would highly recommend her to my friends and family. BTW I think its extremely uncool to give such a low rating to a business because you don't like the person that answers the phone. IMO Dr. Buchi is a 5-star service provider.
