During the initial visit he did everything himself-including X-rays and cleaning. He was incredibly kind, checking in every 30 seconds or so-or if he saw a flinch to say "You ok?" Throughout the entire process. Meanwhile, his assistants are in the room, understanding how uncomfortable I was saying things like "Good job." "Almost done" I'll be seeing him several more times and I know that each time I go, I'll be in good hands in a very non judgemental and compassionate environment. Also, it's a small intimate office as opposed to some of the "processing" dental facilities I've been to. Both times, I was taken in EARLY for a visit. Cannot recommend enough.

After sitting in the waiting room for 50 minutes, I inquired about the extended wait. I was told…read moreappointments always run over 30 plus minutes late. I was offered to schedule another appointment with a different provider. I asked why was I not informed of the wait on arrival and was told this provider always runs late. I asked if the office manager could call me to discuss and another woman spoke up and said "I'm the office manager and there is nothing I can do." She went on to share that she informed the providers supervisor of the slowness and nothing ever gets addressed. I asked the "office manager" if she ever thought to consider the COURTESY of Informing patients on arrival of the wait or spacing the providers appointments out further to avoid the wait and she responded that there was not anything she could do. It's seems this practice is not concerned about their patients time or proactively trying to solve a problem known to the practice. It's easier, I guess for them rearrange the seats on the titanic as it sinks as opposed to looking for a life raft. Save yourself some time a find another dental practice.
