Left a voicemail about an hour ago trying to figure out my appointment time and if I was even actually on the books. No call back. Tried to book it again, and the site was being glitchy. Tried to close out and book from the very beginning, and I get an error message that I've exceeded the maximum number of requests to try again in 12 hrs. I appreciate it that they have washed my hands when I arrive. They also showed off the room where they sanitize all the equipment. You get to choose your scrub and lotion sent as well as your color. I was going to get the spa manicure but they were running late so I just got the basic one. The technician did a wonderful job on my nails. She made sure I was happy with the color before she painted them. She created a custom color based on what I was looking for. I would definitely come back the next time I need my nails done.
