The wrapping was very thin and delicate and had a nice crunch for each bite. There are six in an order, which is a great value. Wife ordered the Lucky Beef Noodle which has a mildly spicy broth. She asked for half the normal amount of noodles, as she feels that the noodles end up soaking up a lot of broth. I ordered the Beef Soup with Dumplings, which is basically what my wife ordered without the noodles. I wanted noodles added, so they were gracious and added the noodles my wife did not want to my order. The broth was flavorful and mild, not much of a kick. But the pork and cabbage dumplings included in my order were out of this world delicious and paired perfectly with the beef and its broth. I highly recommend this specific dish! However, in the Bay Area, I remember the portion size being more, especially for the price. But what can I say? The meat is so tender and the sauce coats everything in the pot. There is Tteok-bokki, radish, potato, and carrot which pairs super well with the Kalbi. Overall, I would definitely come back. I just wish the portion sizes were bigger!
