I was in two car accidents in 2019 and my doctor wrote a me note for physiotherapy. I came right here and all I can say was that was the best decision I had ever made. Although that was the first ever experience I had ever had with physiotherapy, I was thoroughly impressed and happy. I had appointments with Adina and with Leah (who I think is currently on mat leave). They are both so amazing. They are very true to their treatments with their clients. Very knowledgeable and very through in the information they try to gain from you so they know how to help you with your concerns. From my experience, they're not the type of clinic that will give you a run for your money... they will be honest and try to do their best with what they feel on how many appointments you may need or the length of the appointments. They're also a small business which is even more of a reason to love supporting them.

I was impressed with the courtesy of the receptionist and the cleanliness of the office. After listening patiently and examining my problem areas, he explained to me on diagrams exactly what was causing my pain. He cautioned me that only visiting him few times will not cure my problems, I will need to take full and active responsibility to follow up with exercises and to improve postures. At the end of the visit he gave me a printout of various stretches pertinent to my problem areas (which I lost and he replaced on my next visit). Now I am free from my problems - my only regret is why I did not see Fahim earlier.

I've come in with my injuries and always left with a clear plan for recovery and always some great advice on how to remain injury free. Until I inevitably injure a completely different part of my body! At one point I was training for the Portland Triathlon and 2 weeks before my race I was injured thinking I would have to withdraw. After a couple of sessions with Mark he got me running again and my race went off without a hitch. So if you have some sort of nagging pain or injury I highly suggest paying Mark a visit.
