Being out of state, while trying to sell a home 1700 miles away, was already challenging enough; we helpless and stuck! We decided to blindly search for another Agent, and stumbled across Patrick. No personal recommendations, no clue who he was, we contacted him based solely on his glowing reviews, and let me tell you, his reviews were (are) spot on! From day one, Patrick was personable, motivated, and ready to get this property sold! He went above and beyond; cleaning up the front of the place (removing misc. items, boxes, yard and farm gear), which greatly improved the appearance, and promoted interest. Patrick took new pictures, including drone images of the property; submitted the listing to several social media sites, and then had an open house! Within 1 MONTH, Patrick had multiple showings, which resulted in the actual cash sale we needed for this property!!!!! Patrick didn't stop there, he was helpful in obtaining resources to remove items, finding an auctioneer for items we wanted sold, and then provided more resources for removal of items not shipped once the movers packed up and left.
