Children obviously get hurt from playing and fighting. THEY ARE KIDS. What do you expect? Yes my son has come home with a bump on his head BUT I am always informed of his well-being. They call immediately even if he has a fever. Cannot complain. My son gets dropped off in the mornings and goes without a fuss. Experience your own experience. Not by what others say. Nothing or no one preventing them from opening the door and walking outside. I checked the entire classroom and no teacher. I finally found the teacher on the other side of the daycare in the kitchen having a birthday party for herself with other teachers rather than taking care of the children. The owner just cares about money and not the kids or the service. When they went to collect the money for the end of the year ceremony they even wanted to charge me to take my 1 and a half yr old daughter. They sold it as a water park that the kids would love... far from it... it was a gazebo with a couple of tables, a broken and dirty little park and a couple of hoses throwing water for the kids... garbage and we paid like if we were going to a ballroom. I have heard them talking to the kids in ways that i would never talk to my own kids and even less dare to scream and talk to someone else's. If to that you add the fact that they charge you registration fee and some other ridiculous fees that add up to almost $250 for a service that is supposed to be FREE and the government pays them for. At 2 years old I enrolled her into Steve's Academy and they have been so attentive and caring to my baby since day one. Teaching her to open up and become more of an independent toddler. She is now flourishing and excited to go to school everyday. I'm so glad I chose Steve's Academy to help bring my timid little girl out of her shell.
