After rescheduling twice, I sat in the lobby for almost 45 min from 7:50 am-8:30 am waiting for my lawyer to arrive for an 8 am appointment. He never did. The receptionist kept assuring me that he was "close" and texting her he was "almost there," both of which were obviously not true. I spoke with the receptionist about rescheduling, and I was not called back until the next day to see if I would like to reschedule.
