Tried to do our laundry here today - we checked the hours online first and then took a cab up there from the marina we're at, since it was too far to walk. When we arrived, 2.5 hours before the laundromat's posted closing time, we were told by the very rude man working there that the shop was closed and had been for an hour (were we supposed to know that?) because he had to take his daughter somewhere. No apology or offer for us to drop off our laundry and pick it up the following day. This was on a Sunday - you know, the day MOST people tend to do their laundry. It's reasonable to expect that a laundromat would be open for its posted hours on a Sunday, of all days. We were inconvenienced, wasted our time and money getting there and back, and the rude man working there wasn't even apologetic. This is very shoddy customer service. read more

Is a little on the pricey side to do laundry but when you are on the road, you have no choice but to pay the price. Machines are clean, staff are friendly, and they have enough dryers when needed. read more

I took advantage of the drop-off service here. They washed, dried, and folded about 2 loads of laundry for me, and charged around $30. It wasn't excessively expensive considering I dropped my laundry off at 10 and picked it up, ready to wear, at 2pm. I didn't try out the coin wash machines, but I did notice, like other reviewers, that many of the pieces of equipment were tagged as broken or taped up. read more

Management is very helpful and let's you know which machines work so you don't feed your money into a broken machine. The dryers are a little expensive but they do actually dry your clothes. There's a coffee shop across the street if you want something while you wait. read more

Terrible. First rude person in Canada on our road trip (after 5 days). First try to use laundromat was a no go - post it on door saying "back in 30 minutes" but no clue as to when the thirty minutes started. Came back later and timing was such that we wanted to our laundry in washer then go to yoga and come back to put in dryer. Rude man said that was not allowed and that we had to be physically in the laundromat while using it. The laundromat was dirty and about half the washers were ripped out and sitting outside on the sidewalk - empty wood frames lined up in the middle of the laundry room. And not one washer was in use so it was not an issue of capacity. So we left. Found a low budget "Mom's Laundry" just around the corner on 6th. Got change from the owner who also runs the shoe shop on 3rd ave. He was very friendly and helpful. Mom's is old and not fancy - but we would rather give our money to them! It did a fine enough job on our clothes. read more
