In November 2024, after meeting in person, I discussed a strategy with Jesse Caldwell. I made the first payment, and a letter was supposedly sent to Gastonia Home Improvement LLC--though I was never given confirmation that it actually was. Two weeks later, Jesse requested additional evidence such as videos and photos, which I provided immediately. Despite my repeated attempts to follow up, I received no meaningful updates from the firm for months. Then, in May of this year, I received only a voicemail stating that the firm had discovered a conflict of interest and could no longer pursue my case.
