Laura was very disorganized and it was difficult to schedule cleanings. She would forget about cleanings and I would have to remind her the day before each cleaning. She also wasn't able to give me a window of time when she could come. I had to check in with her and then coordinate with the guest for every reservation. We had a gas leak and her and her husband had cleaned and did not report the leak. The guest reported the leak to us and only then did we find out that Laura had known about it earlier. On the last day she cleaned, her assistant left a pile of dirty laundry in the middle of the floor. I called her to confront her about this and she became very angry and swore at me.
